Great response time!

CleanSafe is great for reporting both cleanliness issues and non-emergency safety issues with the core of downtown Denver.

I reported graffiti and it was gone within 24 hours. CleanSafe is managed by the downtown Denver Business Improvement District, so it’s important to note that they don’t handle everything. Reports submitted outside of their boundary or on private property will be rejected. If you add an email address, they send a lovely response about why the issue was not handled. I wish every city had CleanSafe!

Useless

Useless app. Everything is outside their jurisdiction or someone else’s problem. So if it is then forward it to the right person. Cherry creek trail, not included. Union station, not included. These are key areas of downtown. Stop wasting our time. Also it constantly hangs up and freezes when submitting a report, especially if you attach a picture.

Lodo resident

During a recent city meeting CleanSafe was mentioned which was exciting as I think it’s a great idea and something that’s truest needed- I often have no idea who I can possibly call to report non-emergency situations and so forth. Unfortunately, I have attempted to use CleanSafe on several occasions and it has never worked. Pretty disappointed.

Disappointing results

As a resident of Lodo I was excited for what CleanSafe could offer. Unfortunately, every issue reported gets marked as “Resolved” with no actual action taken. Disappointing to see a strong concept wholeheartedly ignored.

Worthless

Everything you report is closed and they say they can’t help. This is absolute garbage. 12 reports of issues and 0 fixed.
