I’m able to open the app and scroll up and down but as soon as I click on a conversation to check comments or try to open a private message, it freezes and doesn’t do anything else. I have updated the app, re-installed several times, updated my iOS software, and restarted my phone numerous times with no luck.

How to fix Viva Engage app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Viva Engage app on iPhone
Update Viva Engage app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Viva Engage iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Viva Engage on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Viva Engage network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Viva Engage Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Viva Engage not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Viva Engage App
1. On android, goto Settings » Viva Engage » click [Force Stop]

Update Viva Engage to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Viva Engage App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Viva Engage » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Viva Engage.

Fix Viva Engage unable to contact server/ Viva Engage internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Viva Engage » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Viva Engage » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
