I live in Central Texas. As you know we had several tornados yesterday. My radar KGRK showed the rain but the split screen that shows the wind speed and direction did not work (I captured screen shots but can't seem to post them here). I know the radar was working because I could see the same radar on the TV showing the wind speed and location of tornados. I could switch to other radars and they did not have this problem. But these were too far away to get the definition I needed. As this is the start of storm season I hope this does not continue. Our only access to TV is through satellite which often goes off with heavy cloud cover. Can you help? Thanks Merlin Anderson

How to fix RadarScope app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the RadarScope app on iPhone
Update RadarScope app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall RadarScope iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix RadarScope on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve RadarScope network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

RadarScope Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix RadarScope not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the RadarScope App
1. On android, goto Settings » RadarScope » click [Force Stop]

Update RadarScope to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RadarScope App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » RadarScope » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart RadarScope.

Fix RadarScope unable to contact server/ RadarScope internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click RadarScope » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto RadarScope » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch RadarScope
