An app that when I want to use they have to send a one time code that takes so long your season timed out! Good idea bad result! Fix app then maybe I’ll download again for now a waste of time

So, you don’t know until you sign up that you MUST spend $10/month just to get the basic OHD feature that SIG advertises. And if you select the T300 games feature, SIG wants to sell you $300 worth of “smart targets.” LOL Steer clear and spend your money on cheap paper targets and ammo, and leave this cash grab behind. Totally worthless and unnecessary app.

Makes you go through 100 hoops to get logged in only to put everything behind a monthly paywall. That’s for being upfront with that. Already deleted SIGCONNECT .

Forces yet another new account, and no reason why I would need another account.
I even bit the bullet and tried to create one and it needed a one time code and that failed to send.

For me SIGCONNECT is a fail, it could be great but if they can’t get this part right I am deleting and moving on.

Do better sig, not everyone wants to create a new logon/password just to use an app.

The description should start with the 10 dollars monthly.

SIGCONNECT is really unclear what it is.. it looked almost like it was a laser training system like Mantis, but I couldn’t look at SIGCONNECT until I signed up.. I signed up and saw it was just a way for them to sell targets with wires attached so you can track your shots. So it was something I’m never going to use. So within 2 minutes of signing up, I went to Deactivate my account. Instead of just letting me do it, it forced me to send an email requesting my account be deleted.. then they wait almost 2 weeks to even reply and I figure it was just an announcement saying they have deleted my account.. but it wasn’t! They then said “please reply with the full name attached to the account in order for your deletion to be processed”. I’ve never in my life had an app not just deactivate the account when I pushed the button, and the fact they make you first send an email, then they don’t reply for weeks and then that reply isn’t even the end of it, you then have to send your full name.. it just seems like they’re actively trying to keep people’s info or something. I have some Sigs but it makes me consider never getting a new one when a company does weird or shady stuff. Or just has bad customer service/user interfacing. I do not recommend ever using SIGCONNECT unless you’ve already bought their stupid training targets that seem pretty pointless if you ask me.. a target is a target, I don’t need Sig tracking and showing me my hits when I can see them with my eyes, or use the Mantis X10 that works great, or Mantis Laser Academy.. they whole thing just put a bad taste in my mouth.

There see are way too many pop ups within SIGCONNECT needs significant revision. Very frustrating and disappointing.

SIGCONNECT does what it intends to do well. It’s polished and works flawlessly with the various smart target systems allowing for fun training all using the free tools within SIGCONNECT . You can also pay for expanded tools and features that will most certainly be added to in the future. For something at such a new stage of life I am extremely excited with what it will turn into.

I found this to be an great tool at the range when I’m sighting in. It’s great to see my group size and splits since I can’t really use a regular shot timer at my indoor range. Can’t wait to see what gets added to this!

At first, SIGCONNECT had a few bugs, but I really enjoy using the Sig Connect App because of the extensive information and COST!
As always Sig customer service is the best in the business!

Love training with professionals using the OHD feature. $10 a month is a steal.
