Attempted to use in conjunction with Lofty but AuthenticatorApp or the website did not work

Cannot figure out how to use this

Impossible to give a zero or minus score else. This certainly would earn it. Don’t buy this unless you enjoy frustration. Getting actual support other than by. Email sometime next week is hardly valuable. Really disgusted that I spent 39 bucks on something that doesn’t work.

Customer service does not exist and only there is run in circles.

I searched for “Authy” and this “Authly” app came up first. I confused the two and ended up paying $40 for nothing.

The Authenticator is difficult to use. The cost is high. I suggest you find an alternative.

AuthenticatorApp is terrible. If I could go to negative stars I would. The whole purpose is to upsell to premium. Why the US Government mandates this I don't know. The developers should be fired

I bought this but decided to cancel a week later. Support doesn’t respond. I simply want to cancel. Not even asking for a refund. No response. Second request.

There is no place in AuthenticatorApp to cancel your subscription and I have been getting charged for months after multiple emails to cancel. Still haven’t heard anything from them.

Nothing worked as it should have.

Why is it that every time I use authentication the account associated with authentication is denied

Tried for a couple of ours but it did not work for me. Reached out to them but 3 hr no response.

Initial set up and first site was great. Tried to add second and all it wants is subscription. May work well, but I’ll never know. I have no problems paying for a subscription if this works well for me, but AuthenticatorApp is too aggressive in trying to get that subscription.

It’s overall good though I don’t like that a subscription always pops up when I need to open it fast

PSA: AuthenticatorApp named itself to sound like the official authentication app Twilio Authy. AuthenticatorApp is called AuthLy and is probably not secure at all. I wouldn’t trust it.

If you are looking for the “Authy” app this isn’t it! Make sure to look at “Twilio Authy”. You can tell because it has about 30,000-+ reviews compared to the few on this one. I was almost duped

This seems like a very secure and fast authentication app so far. I have been using it for more than a year and no issues with it.

I love AuthenticatorApp it keeps all my stuff secured and there is no ads

It’s cool to see the authorization codes generate at a glance from the dashboard on AuthenticatorApp, will be using from now on

AuthenticatorApp puts confidence in my work when I use it. I feel safer with my data as I use for Quickbooks, proseries and Microsoft. I love that it changes within minutes which is an extra source of security.
