Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Aiko app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Aiko app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Aiko app on iPhone
Update Aiko app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Aiko iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Aiko on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Aiko network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix Aiko not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Aiko app issues:

Force Stop the Aiko App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Aiko app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Aiko to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Aiko App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Aiko app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Aiko.

Fix Aiko unable to contact server/ Aiko internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Aiko » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Aiko » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Aiko on android.
