How to fix Favro app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Favro app on iPhone
Update Favro app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Favro iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Favro on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Favro network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Favro app issues:

Force Stop the Favro App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Favro app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Favro to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Favro App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Favro app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Favro.

Fix Favro unable to contact server/ Favro internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Favro » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Favro » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Favro on android.
