Can’t login

Excited as I just received my new Powerroam 1200 unit. I was eager to look through all the features, but unfortunately even after resetting my password (which I also could not do on their website?) was still not able to login on the app. These little issues are expected with a new product or line and I understand. Really want these issues to get ironed out because I have high hopes for UGREEN.

Lousy App

Following instructions from the gate-fold setup guide included in my new GS1200 PowerRoam Portable Power Station downloaded this app. It's awful!
1) App wouldn't allow me to register using my standard email address, giving me either "account already in use" or "click to receive verification code" errors. The only way I could register was using an existing Apple ID.
2) App only allowed me to connect using bluetooth to my phone. Attempts to connect with WiFi:
a) didn't allow me to choose which of my WiFi networks I wanted to connect the unit to, only allowing the one with the strongest signal.
b) The device failed to connect to the WiFi network despite multiple attempts.

Functionality of the app is pretty limited. You can "remotely" (remember bluetooth only) change output settings, the same as you could from the front panel, and displayed the same information as shown on the device's display panel.

Waste of time and makes me consider whether I should just return the whole PowerRoam unit for something more mature.
