Close app won’t load or open. Unusable
I have an iPhone, all software updates done. I’ve deleted and reloaded.
Reported issue to Close Support over a month ago. No solutuon.

I loved CloseCRM in the beginning as I was using it in chat gbt and is the only reason I’m using CloseCRM . However. After trying for days to link the close crm app with chat gbt. I’ve given up. Just keep getting error messages and there seems to be no support for CloseCRM
New Close user and hoped CloseCRM would be functional. When can we expect a fully functional app??
CloseCRM is only good for making calls. Going into the details of a lead only loops back to my inbox. It’s impossible to properly work a lead when I’m not near my workstation. Please fix. Search Lead > Click in Lead > Click “Details” > Circles back to inbox
EDIT: This bug still hasn’t been fixed and the search function constantly freezes and crashes CloseCRM as well as just not searching at all. It’s insane
So anytime they are rolling out with new features CloseCRM on my computer begins to crash.
Therefore I have to use the phone app as a back up while I uninstall and redownload it on my computer. This phone app is terrible. Take 5 min or more to just load a new page and is constantly crashing. If my company wasn’t using CloseCRM I’d switch over to highlevel and never look back.
Close CRM on my Mac is great. But this iOS app is super buggy. Need to fix. Doesn’t load after I search and click
Takes forever to load anything. It’s easier to use the mobile browser version
They have lot of work to do many bugs to fix. The doesn’t work with IPhone’s currently.
They are so close to having something AMZING but also so far
Please fix the Edit email feature. Consistently does not open a saved email to edit it. Extremely frustrating
Solid platform & one of the best I've used on a laptop or PC. The mobile though? I have an iPhone 14 Pro with a massive amount of storage and CloseCRM is consistently glitchy and weird. Literally just feels terribly optimized w/ compromised core functionality at points. Generally unimpressed with the mobile version & got so frustrated I'm here making this review. Do better. If you're going to release something you should really check the User experience because I feel it's so difficult to use this product on my phone I'd rather cart around my 2014 laptop that weighs like 10 pounds.
Close is hands down the best CRM out there for B2B sales/SaaS sales. I can’t express enough that I have tried every CRM under the sun, was always left feeling overwhelmed and paralyzed by it, (no offense but this includes HubSpot and SalesForce) and with Close I am thriving in my business and I can rely on its ease of use and simplicity- I love it and so will you. Thank you Close!

It was so painful to wait for mobile app to be released, it feels that it took forever to get to this moment. I'm so happy now that I can finally also call using the mobile app, it helps tremendously.
I Love Close and have been using it for many years. Thank god they have a solid mobile app now!!! Helped me close a deal the other day by allowing me to send an important follow up from the go and get a meeting set up even before arriving at the office! Amazing!

I was introduced to Close by a friend and I’m so happy he did! Close knows how to take care of it’s customers. Support is always fast and the FCR (first call resolution) is super high. I’m a big fan so when I heard the iOS app was out I went for my phone as fast as possible. CloseCRM is great and very easy to use. I look forward to the next release’s features!!
