They're all right! I can't remember which email I used to open an account. So I attempted to cancel the old account to create a new one. It wouldn't allow me to so because the number was already in use. Yeah. By me.
your app does not work ...drake u should really get with the tiimes offering a free slider with app that doesnt work..and none of your restarants answer the phone......whats up with this ...
App failure

Used app once since installing it worked fine . Now all I get is error message credentials not correct!! I have tried multiple times to change password . It reset my password and still get same message. Removed and re installed the app with no change to the problem!!!! Trying to find a way to contact customer other than to review restaurant is a pain. Hopefully they read this and the email I was finally able to get an address for.😡😡😡😡
Unable to open app!!

Went to the store for the first time and loved it. So I decided to download the app. However, I have not been able to open the app. Keep getting a "something went wrong" error message. I've deleted and downloaded the app a few different times now and still unable to get the app to work. Until then, it's a single star for me. Too bad.
Rewards points won’t work and there is no customer service option

I’ve been a loyal Dave’s hot chicken customer for years ever since they opened there first location in mass. I’ve finally accumulated enough points for a free Dave’s meal only to encounter an error when I try to order on the app and for the location near me to “not have a scanner for the coupon”. As far as I can tell there is no customer service option for the app only individual locations. Overall very disappointed.
