Just discovered this after using Musix Pro for years. Love the minimal style and easy, well thought out controls on screen. Also brilliant to have a sustain button. The dark theme is great too!
Would love to see the ability to make the sustain button an assignment expression slider for controller MIDI CC!

Hello! Just downloaded and it works well with Ableton. Haven’t tested other features, but this works as a great replacement for my Launchkey while I’m on the go! Hope this app sticks around!

OG REVIEW:
How is this NOT an AUv3? I don’t want a sound engine they is AUv3 and completely irrelevant - when I buy a keyboard that says it’s AUv3 I expect THEY KEYBOARD to be an AUv3… not the sound engine that is at best “illustrative”. quite frustrated right now. Sorry but this needs to be addressed.
UPDATED REVIEW:
Thanks a lot for the response - and also sorry for the previous frustration leaked into my comment - I am glad to hear you’re working on a solution ( the AUv3 keyboard ) as this is a fantastic controller and I certainly want to keep it around, just not as an additional app I have to switch back and forth into. If anything, after trying it out I became a bit more frustrated out of the fact that I was able to experience greatness out of it - I don’t mind if it takes a while, I would like it to see it become what it is (IMO) meant to be, a point in speculative time where it would certainly become one of my main tools for mobile production. The “synth” isn’t bad btw, it’s just not what I wanted to get out of the description / name of the app. It certainly is appreciated but the KB itself is what NEEDS to be an AU.
That being said, please consider adding MPE capabilities to it (for example independent midi channel, glide and pressure per “contact” / “ touch” / “press”) as an option; this would be a fantastic MPE controller.
PS: regarding the “velocity” and “pressure” side of your controller… is this app capable of reacting to 3D Touch? I’m asking because of the exposed settings to control the velocity of the midi notes (based on accelerometer and apparently maybe something else (3D touch maybe?)). I might just update my iPhone XS Max in order to use the app with it (if that is the case...). 3D Touch is a blessing - Apple should have never removed it from their brand - my new “pro” phone feels substantially sub-par to the XS Max precisely because it lacks IT (and some “AI” algorithms to make my pics crispier certainly don’t make up for it).
In essence: 3D Touch was a blessing for musicians, painters and 3D sculptors (I happen to do all of these things), and keyboards that support 3D Touch are GEMs in the App Store which could (hopefully) potentially incline Apple towards bringing such wonderful technology back.
