Impossible to use, and impossible to learn.
No customer support, and just a terrible platform. 100% would not recommend. This platform is advertised as the one stop shop for everything, and I can promise you that it is the opposite of that. I tried getting a refund after two days of using it, and of course there’s no option for that because I didn’t pick the most expensive model. $200 a month apparently wasn’t enough. Mike Andes and his team are full of it, and don’t mind scamming you for your money.

After getting bait and switched by the sales team I canceled and moved to Jobber. There were so many bugs that the features sold to me didn’t work. So much for the good will of Mike Andes. I wish I was told the honest state of the product before they took my credit card. There’s a reason there is no free trial and the other CRMs do have a free trial!!!! And I even got pressured for an annual subscription because of a soon pricing hike. Thank gawd I went monthly!
They have a Facebook page that is people complaining about the software, multiple posts every day! There are YouTube videos of people saying don’t use Copilot. I wish I listened but I was trusting the good will of Mike Andes!
Just started for Augusta lawn in St.George. I accidentally tried to set up an account and now my boss can’t add my email to the administrator account.
Mike and his team have done a great job to tailor HomeworksCRM to our service based needs. Thanks Mike!
They are working hard to make this the best CRM and I believe it will one day be the best. Great Beta so far
