How to fix Max app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Max app on iPhone
Update Max app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Max iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Max on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Max network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Max Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Max not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Max App
1. On android, goto Settings » Max » click [Force Stop]

Update Max to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Max App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Max » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Max.

Fix Max unable to contact server/ Max internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Max » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Max » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
