كنت بحجز معهم ، ولكن بعد قراءة تقيمات التطبيق اتضح انها غير مريحة حسب التجارب المذكورة
السعر مغري واحتمال كبير تخسر مبالغ كبيرة في حجوزات وهمية او تذاكر مخالفة للواقع!

Если все хорошо с рейсом, то норм если нет, то поддержка не помогает ни с чем. Изменить ошибку при заполнение мимо, вернуть деньги за отмененный рейс уже почти полгода тоже мимо, помощь что делать дальше если рейс отменили тоже мимо. Рейс отменили месяц назад, до полета, но оповещение что рейс будет пришло .

Iam now for 1 week to cancel the ticket but no answer and there is no customer service no what’s app app and no solving for complaints… it is very bad idea to book through that app

Be careful this is a scam company, they sell tickets on false unreal flights like Coreondon Airlines, and on flight date you find no flight, and money gone

الحجوزات غير دقيقه وعدم استرجاع المبلغ المخصوم بدون حق وجه مع ان الحجز غير صحيح ولم يتم للاسف وعدم استرجاع مع كثره المراسلات والاتصال !!!؟؟؟

Their ios APP is full of bugs. I found a trip for USD595 and made immediate payment through their APP using my credit card. Then I entered my credit card information and made payment. And here is the problem. It charged my credit card for an amount of USD660. And this happened without any warning and without my consent. Their final payment page screen was still showing USD595 as final payment that i will pay them. But they charged me USD660. Its been more than 10 days now i have wrote several emails, contacted X, facebook , email, phone support and so on. But they are legit scammers. They Do not want to take responsibility for their system problem and ios application bug. Now i requested them to either refund USD65 back to me or either refund the whole ticket. But they ran away. Simply not willing to help me. Now i will tell you another problem. I bought 2 more tickets from them. One is from Saudi Airline and another is from China Southern Airline. They issued both tickets for my child as an adult. When i called their customer service, their representative was counter arguing with me that its not their fault. Its airline fault. I said why both airlines showing my child as an adult and she did not have any answer. Furthermore they write Mr and MS together with first name in the same place where only first name should be written. Here it is important to know that i have accurately updated passenger information in my this app account profile. But whenever you make booking, they are sending wrong information to the airline. Contact me now. I have already contacted them 1000 times. But all they need is to take your money and run away!

Don’t use Wingie at all , they have the worst service ever and bad customer care ever they don’t know how to handle issues or check the flight details.
I will never use it again
