Please avoid booking from agents - Book directly from the airline company’s website.
I recently reserved a flight for 2 persons using cette application (attractive price in this christmas / new year period).
The first part went super good (i booked two flights actually!)
For the second,
I got a very disappointing experience.
While cette application included a pieces of 20kg of luggage in each reservation, I found myself at the airport with no luggage allowance! The booking is basic.
This made me pay 60€ for my single piece of luggage.
I insist on reclaiming this issue and for a consequent compensation.
Please avoid this site!
