I tried to use the Repair function, and Reimagine just freezes on the photo, never proceeding to the end of the function, never stopping. I Cannot cancel the action, cannot escape, cannot go forward or back. So cannot use the app at all. Please advise how to fix this problem. Would greatly appreciate your quick response. Thank you, Margaret

How to fix Reimagine app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Reimagine app on iPhone
Update Reimagine app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Reimagine iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Reimagine on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Reimagine network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Reimagine Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Reimagine not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Reimagine App
1. On android, goto Settings » Reimagine » click [Force Stop]

Update Reimagine to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Reimagine App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Reimagine » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Reimagine.

Fix Reimagine unable to contact server/ Reimagine internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Reimagine » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Reimagine » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Reimagine
