After having the yearly subscription rate charged to me during the beginning of the βFree Trial period β, I attempted to use the editor to repair the scratches and damage to a few of my older photos. To my disappointment not only did it not remove the scratches but added more damage to the photos.
Because of this I decided to cancel my subscription on the first day but low and behold there does not seem to be anywhere to accomplish this on the app. When I looked it up in the support section, only cancellation of the My Heritage subscription was addressed and those options were not available on the reimagine app settings section. Not well thought out or just some way to make one get more than they wanted.

I am so disappointed with this app. First I ended up buying the subscription for one year when I only wanted to try it. Not very clear the options. Then you scan pictures but cannot download them to your device, you must subscribe to Myheritage. Just be aware. I would be happy if I could get my money back.

I liked the product and tried the free trial but canβt seem to cancel. I am too low on money and time to work on my photos and would have pitched at a later date. When I searched to cancel the phone number was disconnected. The second number listed wanted to charge me $37 convenience fee to cancel.
