“Printing terminated” app crashing

The app has always worked flawlessly in the past, but it recently began crashing immediately upon pressing print. I enter the text and press print. Within a second, it says “printing terminated” and crashes. Obviously it does not print.

I am unable to connect the Bluetooth

The printer does not see my iPhone 13s Bluetooth signal dispute it’s being on and under the printer (to get it as close as possible).
Support is over the midnight hours for ISA so getting this resolved may be difficult.
