The printer does not see my iPhone 13s Bluetooth signal dispute it’s being on and under the printer (to get it as close as possible).
Support is over the midnight hours for ISA so getting this resolved may be difficult.

I made the mistake of buying this printer because, while the hardware works fine, the software is really bad. I have spent an hour trying to figure out how to edit a template, but it’s not at all easy to figure out.

Was so excited for this to come in. App connected to Bluetooth but said printing terminated every single time I went to use it. Of course their support wasn’t online and it won’t be for up to 36 hours. Go with another brand!

Turn your phone or laptop and everything about your life over to the authors of Katasymbol if you want to use the wireless label maker. It is shelf art without Katasymbol , developed in China.

It is one of the worst apps we have used. Very user unfriendly. Instructions are terrible. Do not
Buy and do not download!

Just doesn’t work with iPhones! Bluetooth won’t connect.

Says Bluetooth can’t connect. Doesn’t work at all. :(

Crashes every time I try to print

Katasymbol has always worked flawlessly in the past, but it recently began crashing immediately upon pressing print. I enter the text and press print. Within a second, it says “printing terminated” and crashes. Obviously it does not print.

What happened to font options?!

I also got the “printing terminated” error but realized I had to reinstall the tape that comes with it as stated in the directions. (Remove tape, pull through). Do the practice run by pressing the power button. And it’s fine. The issue for me is that I can’t get the cute fonts to work.

I also got the storage box and an additional roll of labels. Love that the labels are waterproof. The instructions are very clear but require a magnifying glass. Very versatile!

I got this as a Christmas present this year and it is amazing Katasymbol is great very easy to use and even has some premade templates for you to pick from the only annoyance I would have to say is the changing of the font is a little finicky it doesn’t always resize the rest of the label and so sometimes if you try to put a border around that after resizing the font the border might not resize with the font but other than that it is a great app and a great product

At the beginning, it sad that the printer terminated, but I just put the tape in wrong. I got the green one and have has no issues with the labels. Would buy again. 😄
