Atención to all customers don’t use Traveluro they are the worst service not welling to help they just take your money I really recommend to use booking they are the best you have more options and they help me to get a room for that night .

Unbelievably awful. So bad it’s like a prank web site. It must be a scam. I’ve never had such poor communication or response or usability. IF YOU DONT WANT TO Make A HUGE MISTAKE, DONT USE THIS SITE. HUGE RIP OFF AND A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please take your money elsewhere you can never get help and when you do it’s bad advice

The worst experience ever!!!! No one should ever do business with them at all!!! They are liars and all they want to do is steal your money!!

Got all the way to Vermont ready for my two night stay and was told the booking was canceled. No call no text no email. Call the customer service number and got a reply from email only.

Tried to call customer service to cancel a reservation within the cancellation window but never got anyone on the phone. Hold message says to click on the cancel reservation option in Traveluro ...but there's not one.

Do not book with them the reviews are real. Same thing happened with me they say they will get back to you within 48 hours and never will. They will completely waste your time and hotel prices by then has probably gone up.

There’s never anyone available that you can talk and solve your issue always has to escalate to the next level department which they never call you!!!!!!

I had to call them 5 times to cancel the hotel, they said someone would call me back and no one ever did! In the end I lost my money because of the waiting time, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, if you have more options, book with a well-known company!

I needed a hotel in Missouri. I went through a list of like 20 different hotels all in Missouri and the one I booked had the same name and city as I needed, but in South Carolina. Oversight on my part, but every other hotel in the list was in the right area. There is no way to get the money back or even change the reservation. They also have a $5 “insurance fee” to guarantee your booking, and without it there is no guarantee that they will actually book the room you’re paying for. The insurance still doesn’t allow for any changes or refunds. Horrible scam app. No customer service whatsoever, but they ask for a tip when you book.

Customer Service tactics are meant to avoid, delay, frustrate.

The hotel didn’t have my reservation, and their hotline didn’t answer the phone and weren’t contactable through Traveluro , it only links to make a phone call that I was then hung up on about a half dozen times while waiting in the hotel lobby before just buying a room for the night

Traveluro doesn’t actually let me interact, many buttons don’t seem to register anything.

They dates I selected were not the dates that the reservation was made for. I tried to use Traveluro to change the dates or cancel the reservation in order to rebook only to discover that I could not. I called the customer service number which is automated only to be hung up on repeatedly. I did receive an email and are currently corresponding with someone mind you I only receive responses in the middles of the night.

I never wrote these reviews, but I had to do this one. I missed my reservation by a day, right when I noticed after the booking I immediately called. It took 7 calls and a few hours for them to tell me they couldn’t change or cancel any bookings. I was cut off multiple times. When given all the options to book travel, just do yourself a favor and never book through this service. No customer support. Zero accountability.

When booking a hotel, the terms state you cancel and receive a full refund if you do it by a certain date and time.
All good right? Except it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact them to cancel. Calling, messaging through Traveluro , emailing… all done BEFORE the deadline, with no response. The phone calls get dropped after one transfer and two rings. The email response, received 3 days after initial contact, was a bot, stating it was too late to cancel.
Essentially they stole $260 and now I must file a dispute with my credit card company. Don’t use them.

I used Traveluro to book a stay at a hotel so that I could attend a wedding. Be aware that even if you put in the correct date of your stay it may not update in Traveluro and may not change and it may book you for a random date and you could call them within 5 minutes of receiving the receipt and you could tell them of the mistake and they will say that they are sending it to a review team and they will email you back refusing to change the date to the correct one. They are terrible . Do not use them to book anything!

Booked a hotel room thru this website a few weeks ago/ today I got a lovely confirmation text and email- very legit / BUT…. I called the hotel I was supposedly booked at.. and the agent on the phone said.. oh- it looks like it’s been cancelled.. so I have no room! My money has been taken, but room is cancelled as of today. If I wouldn’t have called the hotel direct to check… we would be standing in a hotel with no reservation this week! Now I’ll have to dispute the charges with my credit card. Ok- so today we supposedly check in to that same hotel and it looks like our reservation is back on… I called the hotel directly again. it’s Extremely nerve wracking… but I think I know what they are doing- kind of arbitraging the prices…which isn’t cool unless your a betting person.. they take your money and keep booking and cancelling until they get the lowest price, but keep your “in between” money. Works sometimes, other times they lose money. However- they really do not answer the phone, ever- it just hangs up. I called this app multiple times- never got thru.

I booked a last minute hotel using this app because it saved me about 50% off but it wasnt until after i made the reservation that i saw all the negative reviews. Everything went well but i didnt know what kind of room i was going to stay in until i got to my room. I booked a standard room but the put me in a 2 queen bed room when i wanted just one king size. Hotel wasnt able to do anything because i didnt book directly through them. It was super late at night so i just left it and it was ok. Just wish the site tells you what kind of room you're getting when you book.

I’ve used this app a few times and those few times have made a huge difference in my stays and Timely accommodations!! I can honestly say Traveluro is A Hidden GEM!!!Thank you to this app for making my stays memorable!! 🙏🏽
