How to fix Journey Navigation app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Journey Navigation app on iPhone
Update Journey Navigation app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Journey Navigation iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Journey Navigation on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Journey Navigation network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Journey Navigation Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Journey Navigation not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Journey Navigation App
1. On android, goto Settings » Journey Navigation » click [Force Stop]

Update Journey Navigation to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Journey Navigation App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Journey Navigation » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Journey Navigation.

Fix Journey Navigation unable to contact server/ Journey Navigation internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Journey Navigation » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Journey Navigation » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
