Login experience isnβt smooth and AmexKSA needs many encasements.
Be careful: AMEX KSA claims that 1 USD = SAR 3.75 (Fixed). While in fact they charge you SAR 3.76 when you settle the amounts via SADAD, without any further notice!
Doesnβt allow adding other Amex cards to app, how convenient π
They need to invest more in their Apps its weak and useless. I hope they read the comments and invest more in the application.
Canβt believe, a company such Amex has this weak App. A lot of features must be impeded and focus on the customer needs
Too slow and keeps rebooting !! They should be doing much better than that considering their reward scheme is very poor compared to other countries !!!
