How to fix CURE app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CURE app on iPhone
Update CURE app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CURE iPhone app

To resolve CURE network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent CURE app issues:

Force Stop the CURE App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click CURE app. » click "Force Stop".

Update CURE to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CURE App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "CURE app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch CURE.

Fix CURE unable to contact server/ CURE internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click CURE » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got CURE » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CURE on android.
