I have a problem with Pill Reminder

User reports:
No current problems

- Deletes stored medication use data when changing dosage, which can be problematic for historical tracking

- Uses a flat database instead of a relational database, which can result in having to enter the same information multiple times

- Screens can be too busy and distracting

- Customer service is nonexistent and does not respond to emails

Does not work in daylight savings time. Am dose off by 1 hour. I can not find setting for adjustment.

To resolve Pill Reminder network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Pill Reminder App
1. On android, goto Settings » Pill Reminder » click [Force Stop]

Clear Pill Reminder App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Pill Reminder » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Pill Reminder.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Pill Reminder » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Pill Reminder » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
