If you purchase a Purchased Content from a third party, separate terms and conditions with such third party in addition to these terms may apply to your access to the AvA.  Please contact the third party (Apple App Store) regarding any refunds or to manage your Purchased Content.  You may purchase a Purchased Content through a third party, such as the iOS App Store.  Your payment to the third party through which you purchased the Purchased Content will continue until terminated.  You may only use the Purchased Content if you are over 18 years old (or of age of legal majority where you live, if different), and only on a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable basis for non-commercial use only.  You can also use your avatar in a variety of other ways, such as creating custom profile pictures, wallpapers, or even as a digital representation of yourself in virtual environments.  Simply upload up to 20 photos of yourself and choose from a variety of options including movie characters, sports stars, superheroes, video game characters, and more.  Transform your photos into beautiful, studio-quality magic Avatar pictures in just minutes.  Use AvA to create stunning Avatar profile pictures, pet portraits, dating photos, professional pictures, and more.  We are unable to view, access, or modify any financial transactions from Apple (as defined below) in-app subscriptions for security and privacy reasons.  Instead, we would ask that you reach out to the appropriate support team of Apple in relation to your in-app purchase to request any refunds.  You can cancel your Purchased Content by signing in to your account and following the instructions for canceling your subscription.  AvA is an AI-powered app that allows you to easily transform your selfies into stunning magic avatars of your favorite characters.  Once you've created your magic avatar, you can save it to your device and share it with friends and family on social media or other platforms.  We offer consumable in-app purchases that provide access to generating AI Avatars. (“Purchased Content”).  You can also become an astronaut, a 60-year-old version of yourself, a cartoon character, an anime character, a sci-fi movie character, a rockstar, a cosmic being, a time traveler, or an alien.
