Magi+ app will not load purchased the lifetime service and can access to app at all not tried network reset no go!!! What next iPad Pro 2022 and iPhone 23 pro devices???

How to fix Magi+ app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Magi+ app on iPhone
Update Magi+ app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Magi+ iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Magi+ on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Magi+ network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Magi+ Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Magi+ not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Magi+ App
1. On android, goto Settings » Magi+ » click [Force Stop]

Update Magi+ to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Magi+ App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Magi+ » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Magi+.

Fix Magi+ unable to contact server/ Magi+ internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Magi+ » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Magi+ » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Magi+
