Genie has not been working since this morning. A message says Genie app is experiencing high traffic and that there might be delays in delivering response or service interruption. I subscribed for a yearly subscription.

Mine Genie app hasn’t been working for hours I’m kind of upset I paid for a year membershi. It keeps saying that it is experiencing high traffic at the moment and that there is a delay but it’s been hours. That’s more than a minor delay.
