I have a problem with GM

User reports:
No current problems

- The app does not have a "share to text" option, only email and print.

- The "compare" to other brands tab, as mentioned in GM training, cannot be found.

- The tow tab only shows limited specs and does not show GVWR, Gross combination weight, or payload.

- There is no option to reset the password, and some users have been unable to log in for a long time.

- Some users have reported that the specs for capacities and such are completely blank.

- The app force closes on some users as soon as they log in and make any selection.

- Some users have had difficulty finding a contact to help them reset their password.

- The current version of the app lacks the family first support that the previous iteration had, which some users found incredibly useful.

To resolve GM network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Clear GM App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » GM » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart GM.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click GM » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto GM » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
