Close and restart the EasyVPN app on iPhone
Update EasyVPN app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall EasyVPN iPhone app

To resolve EasyVPN network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Fix EasyVPN not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent EasyVPN app issues:

Force Stop the EasyVPN App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click EasyVPN app. » click "Force Stop".

Update EasyVPN to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear EasyVPN App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "EasyVPN app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch EasyVPN.

Fix EasyVPN unable to contact server/ EasyVPN internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click EasyVPN » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got EasyVPN » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch EasyVPN on android.
