Whenever I’m at home or at pump there’s almost always a problem with GulfPay. Either no connection to internet, or just plain doesn’t load. I usually go to nearest station to my home, and if there’s a problem, a majority of the time the help doesn’t either understand English, at times have no knowledge of GulfPay even existing, or have no way of helping me. I’ve called headquarters in Massachusetts and they’ve been wonderful in helping me after the problem. But I shouldn’t have to do this! Gulf you’ve lost me as a customer at times, and that’s just poor planning on your part!! You need to improve your App like BP does!
