I wish we are able to use it multiple times per day. We have also tired to use it in different locations in the same day and it flags us and won’t authorize our payment through Valero Pay +

I downloaded ValeroPay and have now used it 4 times while traveling. At 2 of the locations, I really didn’t expect it to work as one was in a very small town and the other was at an unattended site in Red River NM. It worked like a champ at each location. Very happy customer!

I tried signing up for Valero pay plus app. It created my account partially- used my email I’d but not proceeding with mobile number. Contacting customer service was worst experience who does not even now how to understand the issue. Asking me to apply for card which is not actually necessary. I can simply signup and use my other credit card. Looks like they are just trained to sell Valero credit card or ignore other customers.

Been waiting on this Valero app for a while once I found out is was coming out. Love it! Worked flawlessly! Now I wish they would introduce in to Chevrolet Mylink so I could do it from the dash of my truck. Great job Valero! Love it! Thanks!

I was hoping for an easier way to manage my Valero CC. I hate that I have to log in online to pay my card. I was hoping ValeroPay would also provide the opportunity for me to do that too. It’s great that you can pay for gas using ValeroPay but would have been ideal if it did both.

It’s all about the timing
This is a great introduction for a Valero customer such as myself who has been waiting to to see some return on my loyalty to the brand. Shop Local Shop A Texas brand.

I loved ValeroPay until it doesn’t work for me anymore my bank says nobody is trying to withdraw anything so I don’t know what’s going on

The initial offer sounded great so I downloaded it added my Valero credit card first gas station I stopped at that have kept saying it was too far away I’ll look at the map it shows the gas station several blocks away so I went to the next one ValeroPay cannot authorize the pump kept coming up with an error and even the next couple of ones I have tried completely useless

I love using ValeroPay. It makes pulling up to a station and getting gas so easy! And the discount is awesome. I literally said “Yay!” outloud when it authorized for me to pump gas today. The only thing that could make it easier is if it pumped the gas for me 😂

I love ValeroPay! There is something about activating the pump from inside of my car that makes me so happy! ValeroPay makes paying for gas quick and easy. Way to go Valero!

I really like to in a few clicks have my pump ready . Only thing I wished you could pay your monthly bill then be absolutely perfect

Paying at the pump is great and all, but why doesn’t Valero have a real app I can use to pay my bill and get statements and such? We still have to use the website. Seems like you could do so much more with a legitimate Valero app.

I was told I had to migrate to ValeroPay if I wanted to keep the gas discount from my credit card.
First off that’s idiotic, but that’s not even my main complaint.
Whenever I try to add my Valero credit card as a payment method ValeroPay either just freezes or crashes. That’s wholly unacceptable.

This is enough to make me stop using Valero gas stations all together. Since other stations are still going to respect the rebates that are fundamental to their credit cards then I will go with them. I will not go with some random middle-man that exists only to collect my payment information.
This is disgusting.

Ease of use and platform is simple yet has all the tools you need to make your fill up that much more enjoyable! 5 Stars!

Help family out and save us a few bucks!!

Everything regarding the functionality of ValeroPay is smooth and seamless. My biggest complaint is that the price at the pump is not the price that ValeroPay shows you prior to arriving, so you can’t “shop and compare prices” of various pumps using ValeroPay

A previous review stated entering payment methods was buggy. It is. I was able to enter my Discover card. UPDATE: I was able to add my Valero card. Still waiting to give it a try

I cannot figure out how to add my Valero gas card to ValeroPay. Not sure why we need yet another app just to allow you to give a few cents off. The bill credits worked just fine.

I went to fill up my car and ValeroPay would charge my card but I couldn’t get any gas well Valero you lost my business it’s not worth 30 cents or anything off at this point
This is completely useless!

Easy to set up and super easy to use! Whoever set this up deserves a promotion!

Can’t wait to use ValeroPay!
