4 Most reported problems 😔💔
hi keep getting this message "your live activity is out-dated, or you have not recent readings. Please tap to open Sweet dreams, which will refresh it" but doesn't seem to change anything. i'm logged in using my Libra 3 UN and PW on my iphone. Can you tell me how to get past this message? thanks Jim Marshall
Hardly works

Not sure why all the 5 star reviews. At least with my Freestyle Libre 3 it barely works. I've had more down time than up, where it's stuck trying to fetch live data or getting an SSL error when trying to log in to LibreLinkUp account. I also have been trying Diabeto Log app and that never had issues connecting. Feature-wise this app is pretty anemic for the subscription cost that offers far less features than the afore mentioned app for the same price. Skip this for now if you have a Libre 3 in my opinion.
Can’t log into the app

I can’t log in and Sweet Dreams wants the “Mail” app from the app store to be installed so you can contact support but when I installed the Mail app the “Contact Support” button didn’t work. Why do I need Apple’s Mail app when I already have Yahoo and Gmail apps? And why isn’t their contact info in the app?
Great until it’s not

Initially this app worked great. Pushed my glucose data from my Libre 3 to my Apple Watch Ultra 2 flawlessly. After a while, when I would activate the app I would get a message requesting that I activate Premium on my phone. Ok- this is a product and the creators are trying to make a buck off of it. But it got to where I was never getting glucose results on my watch. So I ditched it. I am currently looking for a better app at this time.
