How to fix InstDown app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the InstDown app on iPhone
Update InstDown app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall InstDown iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix InstDown on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve InstDown network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix InstDown not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent InstDown app issues:

Force Stop the InstDown App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click InstDown app. » click "Force Stop".

Update InstDown to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear InstDown App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "InstDown app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch InstDown.

Fix InstDown unable to contact server/ InstDown internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click InstDown » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got InstDown » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch InstDown on android.
