I have a problem with Video Saver

- Internet video download requires a subscription

- Some videos downloaded in the app become deleted instantly and can't be downloaded again

- App purchases are too expensive

- Browser can be glitchy

- Videos stay on the phone even after being deleted

- Small bugs can be frustrating, such as the app crashing when the phone is turned off while using it to play music in the car

- Can be confusing to use at first

- Videos outside of a folder play automatically after watching all videos in the folder, defeating the purpose of creating a folder

To resolve Video Saver network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Video Saver App
1. On android, goto Settings » Video Saver » click [Force Stop]

Clear Video Saver App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Video Saver » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Video Saver.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Video Saver » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Video Saver » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Video Saver
