This is a fun game of racing to cure as many patients as possible. It seems slightly easier than Happy Clinic. However, I feel it is more expensive. The difficulty level outstrips the levels you can gain even if you play this all day. The only way to keep up is to make purchases. Even when you make a purchase, as soon as you level up something to make it a LITTLE less difficult; the difficulty raises again, so you can never really catch up. You don’t make as many coins in endless mode despite the ever increasing difficulty and the boosts you have to use, which to me is a rip off considering how much you spend to upgrade everything to make more. It’s not like to level repeats itself. Still a fun game.

I don’t understand what everyone is talking about the difficulty, I have been playing just fine, games are supposed to be difficult and not to easy, this is simple but complex game and I like how, at least for me, I haven’t been forced to watch ads, or have to pay. they offered it once, and haven’t offered it again, just have it on the side if I want to look at it again. It’s not shoving it in my face which I appreciate.

I love how I have to unlock things and work towards certain stuff but when I get it it’s such like a good feeling because I deserve it.

I haven’t experienced any glitches or any problems but maybe it’s too soon to tell since i just downloaded it about 1 week ago. I haven’t had a chance to run into custom service and see the complaints, but that’s also because I haven’t had any issues so far. this keeps me busy when I have nothing else to do, so I enjoy it a little more then average person might.

First I want to say I have no problems with this game but just a few. First problem is the lives of you fail a level lives get taken off and when your down to your last life you either pay money or use your diamonds i have no problems with that but the only thing is why is the lives thing needed i don’t see a point in the life’s. Second problem is when your doing the treatment on a patient say we’re trying to pop the pimples of their ear well when i saw it in the ads you could do it by yourself but no all you do it tap it and i don’t want to just tap it i want to do it by myself. Third problem is why is there only one “maid” or the person who gets the medicine and stuff yea i get you can get bigger trays but when your on a high level it can get stressful bc there’s only one person maid i think there should atleast be two or three. I think a lot of things in the game are pointless but i do really like the game other than those three thing that are stupid half of it is what the ads show you but the other half isn’t.

I recently started playing this game, and after a couple of levels to get into the flow of the game I realized that 30 minutes had already passed and I was very relaxed. Now, I normally have one game that I play and am obsessed with, but I noticed that since downloading this game I haven’t really been playing that game as much. The mini games that you unlock once in a while are fun and give you a goal to work towards, and once in a while the game also asks you to get another doctor in a specific area that needs more help, and that makes you pay more attention to which type of patient is waiting in the bed for the doctor(s) to finish treating the other patients of that area. All in all a very fun game and I’m glad that the ads pulled me to it.

I never review games but felt compelled to share my thoughts on this one. I gave this 2 stars for the look of the game. Tbh I downloaded the game for the side games like pimple popping lol and was kind of duped. I’m kind of surprised this game has such high ratings because it feels like a cash grab. It’s frustratingly hard to progress without spending money and I don’t mean play game money but your own to buy boosts, gems, and so on. I have quite a few of these types of games on my phone and appreciate when there is some difficulty and challenge but this feels ridiculous and exploitative tbh and I’m only on the second location lol! It’s not enjoyable for me anymore so I’m putting this one down. I’d say play it if you have an abundance of money to throw at it or can hack your way into free boosts and unlimited coins. Otherwise save yourself from a headache.

Also the game asks you to spend money on upgrading the robot helper with out you actually being able to use it, please explain this to me! Maybe I am not far enough in the game yet in which case it shouldn’t even be an option. But I’m not sticking around to find out.

I have completed up to half of Cairo, which is the newest area of the game. Having said, I encountered a problem during the last level of Rio de Janeiro, which is the one before, where I was 100 coins away from passing the level even with max revenue in every item. The doctors were all level 13 or 12 using coins and diamond I bought with cash. I shouldn’t have to pay extra 50 diamond to pass a level. That is a flaw in the game. When I contacted customer service with the entire game recorded in a video, the first reply was “your coins are not enough” DUHHHH not only was this frustrating, it defeats the whole purpose of me sending a 5 min long video to prove as evidence. Then the next reply told me to pay 50 diamonds. I’m writing here as I ran into the same problem half way through Cairo so that the game engineers know that there is an inherent problem that has to be fixed. I am okay paying extra to upgrade doctors and equipment but that should be enough for me to pass a level (obviously assuming that I’m doing everything correctly) and there should be better customer service than this.

I only downloaded this game because of the ad video. I actually thought I would be picking dirt out of patients ears and nose. I mean I do like the game a little bit but please don’t false advertise again. I was looking forward to doing what was actually happening in the ad video. The game is fine with me but I’m going to eventually delete the game off my phone once I’m tired of playing it. That’s all i have to say and can you please make the actual game the ad video show please. I’m pretty sure a lot more people would want to play it instead of the version were actually playing.

When I saw the ads I figured it was going to be a cooking dash sort of game, and it was. In the beginning it was fun, but as you progress to more difficult levels you just get stuck and that’s how they get you to spend money. I’m only on the third world and I already have lost interest due to the first half of the world’s levels being WAY too easy so you just blast right through, then the second half of levels being way too hard all of a sudden. The definition of going 0-100. If there was a steady increase of difficulty that would be one thing, but there’s not. The events they put on are worthless if you’re on difficult levels as you have to complete the level to get the rewards. I even tried saving a bug load of coins from the previous world to get me ahead, but that only got me so far. I’m tired of playing the same level 20 times just to do it again for the next level.

I purchased this game after watching multiple videos on Facebook of the game in action. I was so excited when I saw it was an actual simulator game that I got to perform the procedures since most medical games you don’t get that option. After downloading it I planned the whole first world as a nurse just running around getting the supplies and discharging the patients. I never got to actually perform the procedures like the videos show. I kept playing though thinking that maybe once I unlocked the second world/hospital that would be when I upgraded to doctor instead of nurse. But sadly that did not happen. In the description it says you get to play as the doctor but I have not been able to do that and was very disappointed because this was the game I was so excited for. The videos seemed to be very misleading making me think I would be performing the simulations but you don’t get to, unless I am missing something.

Downloaded this game a while back. It’s a very fun game but some of the levels I feel are impossible to get through without spending money.

I do all of the recommended “upgrades” in game like increasing speed and tray space and everything else and I still cannot get past some levels. Sometimes I feel like the game is working against its users and they make the levels insanely hard to get through without spending money on diamonds and coins. It’s very irritating because if I don’t want to spend money then I have to watch ads and then I’m lucky if the ads even give me what I want or need, because the prizes are very little compared to what some “upgrades” cost on levels and cities. If I can’t pass a level it’s hard to keep playing when you have no way of moving forward without spending money.

It’s very hard to play first starting out because if you don’t just take a few weeks to build up your coins and diamonds to max everything out, you can’t pass boards. I maxed everything out so it’s much easier to play, but not I’m getting coins and diamonds and can’t do anything with them. I’m now just playing for fun. It takes about a month to get everything maxed out if you get your daily’s every day with the videos and every couple of hours go in and get your happy faces. I’m on board 35 now and breezing through it because I did it that way. I knew to do this because I have other games exactly like this. I just wish I could do something with my coins and diamonds now. Otherwise, no complaints. The waiting and collecting was worth the wait. This game is fun.

Really like the game, but it’s not set up for game play, just a lot of ad watching. In other games, they usually give you daily rewards. You can actually play a game without a limit. And you’re actually given resources to be able to continue playing the game if stuck.. then, if you want extra rewards, you can elect for ad watching.

This game puts a limit on your game play, you get 5 attempts then have to watch ads for additional attempts. You aren’t given anything.. you have to watch 8 ads to get the daily rewards, which doesn’t even amount to half of an upgrade. Every single thing you do requires an ad. I get it, that’s how they make money. But when you overdo it & structure your whole game around ads, nobody’s going to hold interest in your game anymore.. unfortunate.

I’ve given this game 2 stars because it’s actually entertaining to play and easy to understand.

I’ve removed one star because of false advertising. I’ve made it to level 4 Tokyo and yet to play any side games, which is what was advertised and the reason I downloaded the game.

I’ve removed another star because this game does force you to spend actual money in order to get past rounds. The rate at which is you earn virtual currency, does not match the rate you have to spend to not get stuck on a level.

The final star I removed, was because of the annoyance of the game. Every level you complete is a hospital being built. And every time you move to the next level (hospital) you start completely over. You don’t progress through this game…. You just start at easy in each new level and the amount of coins and gems you spent on the last level means nothing.

I looked at several reviews and it’s clear from the developers response that they don’t want insights into improving this game. So this review is a warning for those who want to download it.

I’ll end by saying if you’re looking for a busy game and don’t care to lose a round multiple times before achieving anything, then you may not mind how this game is set up.

I like this game, in that, what you ACTUALLY end playing is fairly fun. But, it’s not what you think you’re going to play when you download it. The game ads and also pictures for the game make you think you’re playing as a skin doctor and that you’ll be getting rid of blemishes and such. So far, I’ve only seen a mini game that you can play that’s sort of like what you thought you’d be playing, but that was only after quite awhile playing the game. I hate the constant false advertising like this!! I think you should stop trying to get people to play by false advertising. Why not just advertise what it is and say that there are mini games where you get to clear up blemishes?? The game itself is good enough so nothing to be ashamed of there, why not just be honest??

My doctors are slower after watching a ad the nurse acts like she doesn’t know what to do I clicked on the item but she goes somewhere else then the timer is to fast for the doctors to even finish so what’s the point of the ads the. You have to spend money to be able to upgrade everything you need for the rounds it’s really a pay to win game and those are not fun at all then I just got done with the sun and my air then while I’m tending to the patients boom there it goes again then when I click the air again it’s like I clicked the medicine next to it like bro then you have everyone needing it everything’s taking up so much time it’s rediculous so I’m warning those that are looking to download if you want to spend a ton of money for no reason this is the game for you but if you don’t then please don’t download it’s not worth it at all I would have give -5 stars if I could.

I download this game for the ASMR mini games. When you beat a level, you get very little diamonds to use towards upgrades to your hospital I spent money.(like a fool) to get enough diamonds to upgrade my bed to make it self. Little did I know that diamond upgrades don’t transfer over to new hospitals. So each hospital you have to upgrade automatic bedmaking, which is 1000 diamonds do you know how long it takes to earn 1000 diamonds on this game? Well, I don’t either but it’s not given enough diamonds. I emailed the developers and they advised each hospital Hess to be upgraded every time you beat a level. Diamonds should be an upgrade that continues through each hospital money you can earn easily, but you don’t earn diamonds easy. Not happy with this game. It will be deleted ASAP.

I NEVER write reviews but due to me actually liking the game but HATE the fact that you have to spend money to beat a level when there’s 60 is absurd. I’ve been playing for what feels about 2 months when it’s only been 2 weeks. The amount of time you have to put into this game just to get advance is ridiculous. Playing a level over 20 times just to pass it is absolutely annoying too. If you want this to be an app where you need to pay just say that but to mislead your customers into thinking it’s mainly a pimple popping game where it’s more like diner dash is a huge disappointment. You guys give so much to the ppl who spend which is understandable but what about the poor people who are just looking for a fun yet challenging game that doesn’t make you lose hope.

I’ve been playing this game for some time now and not only is it false advertisement, but the game developers literally don’t care. If you file a complaint about there being a bug in game or about what could be better they just copy and paste the same answer to your problem, sometimes with other peoples reviews, as if expecting that that is a real acknowledgment or answer to assist you. The game itself isn’t awful just really, really repetitive. And the bugs need fixing. But they still haven’t bothered to yet. Game developers, please give us more acknowledgment seeing as we’re the ones playing and putting our time and money into your games. I would genuinely appreciate it. Besides that the game is nice to play as a pastime, but not something at the moment for the long run. It needs more diversity. Thank you.

I honestly really like this game. I haven’t had it for a long time but I think that it is really fun. Something that does irritate me is that sometimes it is really challenging to do. Sometimes it tells me a recommended upgrade, but I can never buy that upgrade because if I fail a level, I only get 10% of what I earned. This annoys me because then it tells me I need to have gems to buy the upgrade or add extra time, but they don’t give you enough diamonds for that and then puts some of them in a piggy bank so that you have to buy them with real money. Other than that though I really like it and I find it fun!

This game is wonderful. I have not experienced any glitches. The graphics are beautiful. The game is challenging yet easy to play. You do not have to spend to progress. Ads are optional. I purchase simply to support the developers. I am currently working on my second hospital after only playing off and on for a month between work shifts. On weekends I play much longer and progress faster. Well done developers! I hope the integrity of the game remains the same and look forward to updates!

This game I started liking it at the beginning but later on it became really annoying that they would reward me prices and not really show it in the little item to actually use it! I’ve been giving power ups like the quick shoe and the time freeze and it doesn’t show them all in the game to use them its like it doesn’t get past 2-3 and i save them and don’t use them and when i get more it still doesn’t show in the little square to use but the most frustrating one is the notepad with the check marks that i’ve been given 4 already and the square still says 0 like where do they all goooo??!!! And on top of that u have to pay a lot of real money to get anywhere in the game because a little things costs 1000 diamonds but then u get 4-6-8 for a big win and just to add 30 secs to the game they charge 50 diamonds like u need to play for like 20 levels to make that up again it just seems very stressful to play this game that’s supposed to be to relax ! That’s w/o saying that the game when u’re actually playing its like the touch doesn’t work and the animated ppl don’t move but u even dare to touch near the power ups even if they’re on the way on the last second of the game and they actually discount them from you even if u don’t get to use them! In this game u just loose regardless of what you do!

I’ve never spent more time on a game than I have with this one. There’s never a dull moment and it’s not terribly hard, you just have to have a good memory. I’ve only failed a level once and I’m already on the third hotel island and level 32. You also get to choose your own decorations for each hotel and can choose different doctors/nurses to help the patients. There’s also so many quests and rewards where you can decorate your own character. You get a lot of coins and gems with each level, so you shouldn’t have to actually spend your own money on the game. I loveeeee this game!!!!!!!!!

This game basically wasted my whole entire day. I just wanted to have a calm day by playing ASMR games but instead I have to take care of patients. The first level was pretty satisfying, but I do not like this game at all. Because I did a lot today and I just wanted to chill by playing some ASMR games but instead I have to take care of patients. Does it look like I have time for taking care of patients? Oh yeah and also on an iPad. Couldn’t forget that.😒 you guys seriously called this game and ASMR game but it’s not an ASMR game anyone who’s reading this please do not download this game. This game is just a disgrace, there’s absolutely no point in downloading this if you just want to have a calming day instead of me having a relaxing calming day I have to deal with taking care of patients like I said, does it look like I have time for taking care of patients? No everyone just wants to play an ASMR game but instead this disgraceful game has to get in everyone’s way this game is just useless at this point. If there’s anyone to blame blame the person who made this game. Everyone point fingers at him or her.🙄 also by the way it took me hours to write this message to figure out what to say because I was way too disappointed to even think of anything to say

this game is fun I’ve been playing a few days somethings I don’t like that some levels are impossible to beat without spending diamonds I have my revenue devices and staff speed all of that maxed out I’m still short $200 on levels come on now and it’s y’all on levels 56-60, and also the timer starts as soon as the level starts but you can’t get patients until they’ve made it to the designated spot or seat so basically your time is being wasted at least 5 seconds off the game clock and that’s not fair, and it’s definitely time needed. I’d give this gave a 2/5 until they fix those issues. Andeven with the staff speed maxed out the nurse is still extremely slow as you get to the harder levels.

Ok, the only complaint I have is I get lost in this game for hours and before I know it, three hours have went by. I’m disabled and right now am in bed rest so this game keeps me occupied. I do wish there were an option to watch extra ads to gain coins or gems or something if you keep losing the same level. Some of us don’t have a whole lot of money to spend on a game. The ads aren’t long, gameplay is smooth, you can watch ads every 24 hours to get rewards and this game is helping me during the most difficult time for me medically that I have ever had. That is huge considering I have lupus, scleroderma, a bunch of other autoimmune disorders and my lumbar spine is crumbling. Thank you!

This game is not rocket science, yet, it’s designed as if, every single player is paid in ‘rocket science’ money, in real life, and that we all developed the game, together.
Why not just lower the prices (waayy down) so that more people can play?! They’re gonna purchase more items in the long run and your game won’t get banned. And the prizes are so minuscule and worthless, that it’s pointless to put in all your efforts ‘cause you know it’s not worth it.👀 It literally gets so difficult, immediately, that it’s physically impossible to enjoy. Hence — you’re forcing us to spend an obscene amount of money, especially when we get nothing in-return (You’re right, we can always delete it and go about our days; but, what kind of professionalism is that, if we have to choose between ‘your way’ and the ‘highway’? If I built a game, I’d want people to stay, so I’d be incredibly reasonable with my time in making said game. My advice to you? DON’T BE GREEDY — it isn’t sexy…
UPDATE: I KNEW you’d respond this way and, unfortunately for you — I stand by what I say. “Many people aren’t passing this game without payment”, it only lasts until the first 10 levels or so of each island, then it’s constant struggle. I’ve never been able to pass any high-level round without money. You cannot convince someone who uses their awareness for a living, to be unaware.

I really enjoyed this game, AT THE BEGINNING but just like the men around my city, it got real greasy! First day I downloaded it, I was hooked like a dope Fien. I locked myself away after work everyday. Made sure my children were in bed, satisfied my husband, and in some clean clothes after hitting my vape, and rubbing my feet together in bed for HOURS! However, after the first world it become impossible to win battles without spending extra cash and let’s not talk bout the ads🙄 I even uninstalled it, and downloaded it again to try and save all my coins and spend wisely but that didn’t get me much further. It went from spending hours a day on this game till going without playing it for a few games. I really hope they get it together because there’s NOT another game this good on the market but the way they are going, I don’t think many people will stick around.

I love this game! I don’t know why they market it as only the part where you actually fix peoples faces with the tools and stuff cause most of it is when you’re in the room and you have to fetch the medicine and gloves for the doctors but I love that part most of all. I think you can pay for stuff in the game with real money but you don’t need too. Even when you fail a game you still get some in app coins so you can buy stuff (not with real money) in the game to make you go faster or to give you more coins when you get orders for a specific machine. It’s a really fun game and I spend so much time playing.

I really do like this game. I’ve spent a little money on it and that huge for me cause I have never spent money on a game. The reason for a 2 star is I can’t believe the ads from Chapters: Interactive Stories!! They are super inappropriate for the game that is being played. I have young kids that will play. This is not rated explicit or mature and should only allow ads that are accordingly. I have seen ads for Chapters for a while. I don’t like them but they’ve gotten so bad the last couple weeks. I’m ready to delete HappyHospital. When the ad comes up I force close but if I do continue to see it over the next week I will have to say good bye!
Update… I got a response but did not change my opinion because I can tell my review wasn’t read. I never said to get rid of ads. I’m totally fine with ads. You have to make your money somehow. But when you are playing a family friendly game and an ad comes up where 2 characters are having sex I can no longer play the game and definitely not have my kids play. Sure I can pay to not have ads but in order to get further in the game you need to watch some ads and you can’t block those. So my kids will see them. Please make money and have ads still but not for mature audiences when it’s a game for everyone.

The game is good for hand and eye coordination, however, it is a money trap. When you advance to a new city, you have to start all over with doing upgrades to the staff and hospital. By this time, you have already used the diamonds and game money, so you actually have to use your real money in order to upgrade and complete the levels. I bought several packages for the first city only to have to start from scratch with the new city. Also, once you get to the endless level portion, it is literally impossible to win, because the nurse is going too slow or the game will freeze. In order to get to the point to where the beds actually clean themselves it’s 1000 diamonds per city. Also, it starts off with 1000 game dollars just to upgrade about 15% so to upgrade, say the doctors, it’s about 8000 game dollars per set of doctors plus the nurses, the medication, etc. they have made it to where you won’t be able to complete without using your own money. and then, when you are actually tapping to get the nurse to move, she will just freeze. The little side game to where you are cleaning ears and what not it’s not that interesting because you’re really not interacting you’re just tapping.

Don’t get me wrong the game is super fun, but after reaching Amsterdam the game kinda cuts out on the fun levels. I’ve hit a point now where it’s impossible to beat levels and I refuse to put actual money into the game. It’s disgusting how failing a level only gives you 50-70 coins when upgrades for beating that level cost 1,500+ coins, forcing you to use all your lives and gems to try and earn any cent you can get. Earning revenue in this game shouldn’t be based off watching ads. Failing a level should give you whatever you made before the timer runs out in an attempt to help you upgrade and make it past the level. Only 2 stars because like I said the game is fun, but not worth spending money on to beat a level. At that point it’s just pay to play on a FREE mobile game. I get that watching ads is how games make revenue but you should be able to play without needing to rely on ads to help you upgrade your things.

I’ve gotten all the way to Mexico city and now I’m at 43/60 in the completion of it. Usually I spend a little real money here and there to get diamonds to upgrade some stuff to pass some hard levels but now I’ve spent about $20-$25 and basically have upgraded almost everything and even use the speed upgrade as well as the upgrade that completes tasks automatically. And it still hasn’t been enough to pass this level. It’s very frustrating because I’ve been completely obsessed with this game since I downloaded it but now that it’s taking more and more money just to upgrade everything and pass this one level. It’s starting to become not worth it. I’m not sure if this is a bug or not. But I’m pretty good at this game so I’m not sure why it’s taking so much for this one level.

I play this game everyday and am obsessed I love it, but recently it’s like the effort is not there. No work seems to be put into this game anymore. I’m in world Rio and it’s getting impossible to win when I’m not receiving barely any coins or fast speed, time bombs, etc. I’m getting nothing. I have put hundreds of dollars into this game but I’ve stopped because those coins last me 2 seconds because the higher the levels the more coins everything is. I finished all the mini games so I had no other options. You should receive higher amount of coins for the daily log in at 7pm EST instead of 100. I also think lives should be completely restocked once that daily time hits. (7pm EST) you gave us ads, now you’re giving us the bare minimum. I play maybe once a day because it’s quite literally impossible to do anything when you can’t afford to upgrade anything without spending real life money.

I downloaded this game almost six months ago and I play for a about an hour everyday. If you do not want to purchase things in HappyHospital , don’t! You can still pass the levels and build up your coins and diamonds to do things you want and progress to the next level. If you are someone who is impatient and you don’t mind making in-app purchases, then go for it. You will progress in the levels very quickly if you spend money, but it absolutely is NOT necessary. I took off one star in this rating because of the catch 22 regarding coins,. The game only allows you to build up so many coins before you can progress to the next level. At some point, you will need to spend your coins and diamonds because if you don’t advance the equipment, you’ll never pass the level. I like to build up my coins and diamonds in any app and use it to upgrade items all at once as opposed to one at a time. The price of an upgrade is insane too. However; overall, this is a fun game that you can waste a good amount of time playing before you have to wait until your lives refill.
