This game looks very interesting with how it is described, but within the first five minutes of playing it, I was incredibly disappointed. It was boring, low quality, and I wouldn’t even call it a role playing game, which is how I interpreted it in the game description. Over all, cool idea— I love medical dramas!— but how it is advertised to be versus how it is was a huge let down. Ultimately, my desire to keep on playing the game was infinitesimal, and so I just deleted IsItLoveBlueSwanHospital . The three stars I have were very generous for how I felt this game really was. My advice to the customer— if you’re looking for an awesome role play game, look else where (Choices is a really good RP app, with a steamy medical drama story, while still being suitable for minors). And to the developers— square up, ‘cause you’re going to loose a lot of customers (and thus, profit from in-app purchases) if you don’t start advertising the way you should. We don’t want half-***ed explanations that leave us with a full picture. It’s a waste of our time to toy with us like that, and doesn’t earn you any more profit; in fact, I would say this would cause even further problems to gain revenue from IsItLoveBlueSwanHospital. Like I said, cool idea, but poorly constructed and advertised.

The game opens with a good hefty amount of interaction. A few key decisions to see if you will be one to work with or against the rules. Then you start to finally get into the meat of the story and just as you do the game runs out of energy to continue. You feel like you have just barely scratched the surface of what’s going on and then you have to stop and wait 24hours for another 300 energy points. Now I know 300 sounds like a lot, but it barely gets you 3 min of play time and you are out of energy again. Out of energy!?!? You haven’t even done anything except walk after your new boss as she describes where things are in the hospital. At this rate you will be playing for a month before you have finished your first shift of work. On top of which the game makes the screen shake on every third or fourth line said and does so for no apparent reason except to irritate the hell out of me. I thought this game might have promise, but the game design is soooooooooo not worth the effort. Goodbye and good riddance.

Yes 1492 needs to address the minimal 300 energy. However this game promises you have the choice who to date unlike 1492’s other apps.

I ask you 1492 how is this storyline being shaped by my so called “choices”?

I picked my love interest, even though I suspect that you would be forced to pick them. I’m pretty disappointed in this storyline. I don’t want to constantly be in everyone’s business wasting my minimal energy even though we’ve been promised we get to actually pick our choices in this game and it will change the story. It feels like you’re forced to pick one person (which I actually adore them!) and now I’m being forced into situations that I don’t want to be in because the so called “choices” we’re not allowed to make like kissing someone else.... I didn’t want to kiss them, I’m not attracted to them but the storyline was already set no matter what choices I made. Now my mc’s storyline is obsessive about and with the person I was forced to kiss.

I love hospital games, especially playing it from a doctors point of view, it’s exciting and makes time fly by, so of course when I heard about this game I hurried and downloaded it, now I don’t even mind it’s just a reading and making the right decision type game, cause I’m into those type of games as well, however I have an issue with running out of energy so fast and why I like the idea of a mini game to gain more energy, that also runs out fast,
It’s really hard to get into a game where you can’t even finish a whole scene before the energy runs out, which is why I’m giving it 2 stars, and then on top of that, you automatically have to pay for energy which it should give you more options to gain more energy,
Like more then one type of mini games or watching a couple of ads, doing challenge rounds,

The game itself is good. But they do not give the players enough “scene” to play. I bought the 5 dollar pack one night just to keep playing for a while and that literally lasted me about 5 minutes. After that I decided there was no way I was paying for more short of a super discounted pack. There needs to be more value for paid energy and I think there should be about twice as much “free” energy a day too. I wouldn’t mind paying for more scenes but I was shocked at how little game time the 5 dollars got me. It’s a shame because it’s a good game but it makes me want to stop playing because the limited play time almost makes it not worth opening IsItLoveBlueSwanHospital .

I was very excited about this storyline and thought I had plenty of ‘energy’ to atleast get through the first chapter but boy was I wrong. Every sentence uses energy and it quickly depletes. 1000 energy didn’t even get me through the first chapter. I’m not going to spend money getting energy when 1000 only last 10 minutes and you can’t even get to see what the story is even about before having to spend money. And you only get free refills of 300 energy a day. As a person who does spend money on these apps frequently if I find it worth it, this one was not worth it purely on how quickly it goes. If they change the energy system for it to last longer then I’ll definitely try IsItLoveBlueSwanHospital again but until then it has been deleted.

This game will take you a whole year to finish. You only get 300 points every 24 hours and with that amount, you’re able to go through about five screens with each one giving you a sentence or two. Then you can play a mini game that gives you 130 energy points. Just so you can read another two or three sentences. Watching a video gives you 20 energy points which allows you to read maybe 7 to ten more words. Utterly ridiculous and a waste of time! This company is a rip off! They want you to pay loads of money just to read a chapter. You’ll end up paying hundreds of dollars to finish this if you don’t want to wait.

I love the game it’s super interesting and I really love the idea of an ER centered game. It’s written really well and I find it exceptionally interesting. However I don’t like how quickly you run out of energy. You don’t even get to finish a scene before your energy runs out and it’s genuinely frustrating. There are very few ways to gain more energy without paying money for the energy and I don’t really have the money to waste on energy that will be gone in less than two minutes. That’s the only reason I’m giving. 3 star rating otherwise I would be giving it a 5 star.

Has the potential to be a good game, however, the energy bar runs out too fast even with the mini-game they offer and you have to wait until the next day for it to fill up. I wish they would do something like episode and give you a ticket for each chapter rather than taking your energy as you go through the story. Other than this, the storyline and characters are really good and I can’t wait to read more. Hopefully in the future this can be resolved or they can offer you more energy as it goes on.

I just wish that the energy was 600 every night instead of 300 every night because some nights it feels like the energy is shorter than others but other than that the storyline is amazing, I have all the is it love? Still have issues with energy being purchased, paid for, and not added to my game. I have reached out by email through the support on IsItLoveBlueSwanHospital , but the emails are useless. Whomever is sending me emails back keeps asking for information that I have willingly provided but it never is good enough. I haven’t gotten any refunds or credits so I have stopped making energy purchases on IsItLoveBlueSwanHospital as well as the Ryan app. This glitch has got to be fixed because people are being ripped off. I enjoy the game, although waiting for 2 weeks for 1 chapter to be released is a little excessive, but will no longer be making purchases.

I’ve been a big fan of the series and this part is just great. Not only the story line is intriguing (even though I’d prefer better options for the choices), but the music this time is just WOW! I’ve been looking for the soundtracks to download, but couldn’t possibly find any =(
I absolutely loved the strings / orchestral tracks, this is something very new for these series. They are epic, but at the same time so freaking unique!!! Love them!!! Bravo!!!

I too am having major issues. I purchased energies that STILL have not been added to my account, and now I am stuck where I am because I can’t even buy the $2 special scene. I’ve emailed back and forth with Anna several times and even tried reaching out on Facebook and have gotten nothing back. I’ve now spent $70+ that have not been applied, and I’m getting extremely frustrated. I love playing these games, but if this doesn’t get resolved quickly, I’m going to stop playing them all together. I spend a lot of money on these games. I’m not going to spend money just to lose it for nothing.

I understand that you get money from exciting me so I buy energy.. but in those games you have to actually make me read into it and be so focused on the story and THEN use my excitement to get money.
What this game doing is making you SO MAD because you can barely read anything! I wait for a whole day for just 20 sentences or something.. I'm not paying for a story that I couldn't even read and have fun with. And I'm definitely not paying for energy because apparently.. it ends SO FAST and it'd be waste.
Like at least force me to pay after chapter 1??? Or after I go deep into the story???? That makes more sense.

Love love love this game. The story is great. However 300 energy every day is nothing. I fell like it needs to be 600 or more. I look at other story games I play and I’m disappointed in this one. You can’t even complete an interaction in one day. I get it’s all for us to pay money but I’ve paid money on other games that give me more energy. Give us more and you’ll still get us to buy things trust me. At this rate I might just give up. 300 energy gives my character nothing.

I read the reviews about the horrific energy system, but noticed IsItLoveBlueSwanHospital had been updated since the last review was written so I crossed my fingers and downloaded anyway hoping that they had fixed the awful energy system. They have not. I haven’t gotten very far into the game because of that and how long it takes to regain energy, so I’m not going to waste anymore of my time with it and will be deleting it immediately. If it wasn’t for the BS energy (or lack there of) it might be a pretty OK game. Don’t waste your time.

I started playing the game, and I don’t know it’s boring because you keep reading and reading and you don’t get much of what’s going on unless you’re reading the boring stuff you have to read to know what you’re doing. All they show is a picture for like 1-2 minutes of reading and it gets pretty boring. And it’s annoying how you have to buy more energy or wait till the next day to play again. The texts are way too long and have too much detail in it, instead of making it simple like the other games (Episode).

The idea of playing a medical drama was really exciting, so I jumped on this. However, waiting a full 24 hours for energy just to get 300 energy is complete bull. It barely gets you 3 minutes of game play before you have to wait ANOTHER 24 hours to get 300 energy. I would much rather pay one flat price for this rather than pay for energy packs continuously which is obviously what they want you to do because you’ll end up paying hundreds compared to one price.

This is ridiculous that you have to wait two weeks for the next chapter to come out... you should make it shorter.

This could potentially be a great game but I ended up deleting IsItLoveBlueSwanHospital early on in the story (first shift) because it’s very frustrating to run out of energy so fast. You never have enough to make it through a whole scene and it doesn’t replenish fast enough at all! I’m all for using the mini game and watching videos to earn more but it doesn’t go very far. I had the game for about a week and never made it past the first shift because of this.
