Please tell me why even have endless mode of you don’t get crap for coins when you win? Endless mode is not easy. The goal was win 1600 coins without losing a patient. I did that and only got 320 coins for winning!!?? Why not the 1600? I even wasted 200 gems to not lose a patient and restore patience. 200 gems that I paid real money for. This game is seriously needing some rethinking. If I can’t go back and earn coins to upgrade past levels and new ones it’s not worth anyones time. I play all the dash type games and I liked the fact I could go back to specific levels and play and earn. Endless mode is chump and at least if you have the dumb endless mode at least make the coins earned worth it. It literally is a waste of my time and money. And the fact that I used real money to buy the self making bed and only use it in one city and can’t go back to use that bed I purchased on specific levels of that city is worthless. Let this be a warning to anyone wondering about those upgrades that it’s a waste of money and or gems. I could get addicted to this game if you fixed what I suggested. I won’t waste anymore money if it stays like this. It needs to be like all those other dash type games. I’ll check back on the game later down the line to see if anything’s changed until then it’s pointless to play

UPDATE: I tried the game again and it’s gotten WORSE! This money hungry company decided to add 15 second ads after about every two levels, regardless if you have been the level itself or not. An absolutely terrible game that I would never, ever recommend to anyone.

The game is fun for the first 49 levels. Anything after level 49 is practically IMPOSSIBLE to beat without spending real money. I “faild” (they spelled “failed” wrong on that screen) so many levels, getting less than 100 coins with 5 chances, and I can’t upgrade a SINGLE thing. Nothing, absolutely nothing. There’s no way to level up anything in the second hospital because it’s so expensive. Also the time you’re given to complete a level is so short that you can’t ever make it. But you can’t buy any upgrades because you get barely any money from completing a level, if even can. I even tried doing the endless version on the previous hospital, but even that level is impossible. The cost of things needs to seriously be fixed. This game is getting shelved by me for now until they decide to give a good update.

I really love this game. I spend a lot of money playing it and it’s expensive to play. What others are saying about it being so hard to win even with everything upgraded is true. It’s no easier to win even using the boost. Don’t believe the others that say they win without using any of their coins. But if you can afford it it’s a fun game. Very hard to win though. Dear developers, Yes we know you can’t give out free gems, everyone understands that. But if you have everything to it’s max and using boosts to boot you shouldn’t have to play the same level 10 times or more. People that like the game will buy the gems because they like the game but if winning is so hard with all the upgrades and using boost eventually they will quit playing. Why would people keep playing and paying if it’s so hard to win? Please take this in consideration. To anyone reading this developers or not this is my honest review.

This game could be more enjoyable. I think that the first hospital is ok, but it quickly progresses to a point where you cannot beat levels. The upgrades cost a large amount especially in the second hospital, but you don’t make enough money to upgrade anything that will help you advance. It takes about 3 levels to sometimes even earn enough to upgrade and by that time you are immensely behind in upgrades because the game only progresses to a harder point. I think it’d be better if you could go back to levels you didn’t get 3 stars on, but instead you are forced to move on to more difficulty and at the same time can’t afford upgrades. This game leads to a dead end which is extremely frustrating. I wonder if the developers could even successfully play it while getting necessary upgrades without using real money to give you an advantage. It seems this wasn’t tested thoroughly to ensure players could actually continue this gameplay.

This game is super similar to Happy Clinic, but it allows you to watch ads every day to earn more gems and coins, and the coins earning rate is better than Happy Clinic. I’m able to play this every day, a couple levels a day, and upgrade enough without spending money. Yeah if you buy gems you’ll be able to win faster, but I’m not in a rush and being able to play 5-10 levels works for me.

I hope it comes out with new locations soon!

I actually spent money on this game because the first level (hospital) was fun to play. I unknowingly purchased items that are no good on other levels. The amount of coins you get from just playing the mini games is not enough to move forward. You even have the option to continue to play the first level (hospital) after you've completed the entire level. However, they make it so difficult to beat levels, even after you buy all the upgrades and have once beaten it. The game is so pointless. I've been playing a little over and hour, and I'm stuck and can't progress any more unless I spend MORE money. $22 for an hour of game play should be more than enough for this developer to allow me to continue and enjoy this game. So mad that I spent that. A few bucks here and there is ok but this is just outrageously expensive. Buyer beware.

This game is actually fun to play in the beginning, but once you finish the first hospital world, it’s impossible to play with out spending your own money. I’m all for these kinds of games and don’t mind a challenge at all but this game is almost ridiculous. It’s insanely hard to earn any coins and everything costs so much. The only actual way to earn coins is to play in endless mode, lose the level, and watch ads to double the amount you get for just playing (~70 coins turned to 140). I spent so many of my coins to help make patients wait for treatment longer but it does virtually nothing in the long run when every single upgrade to the equipment, doctors, waiting room, etc. costs thousands of coins and you earn only a few hundred when you actually manage to beat a level.

This game has potential but as you advanced, it gets frustrating…

It is a little over the top to need 50 diamond to buy more time or patients to not lose a life. Sorry, not cool. The coin earned is not enough to catch up with the upgrade to help moving to the next level. I don’t feel it’s fun and wanting to keep playing anymore after I keep trying different strategies to beat the clock or earn coins. Then I concluded that it’s simply just wanting me to buy and with the amount request to move on, I definitely don’t care spending that much money on it. So, time to delete.

The balance of wanting player to spend money and don’t lose them is hard. Thanks for the trying…

Having to spend 1000 gems every location for instant bed cleaning you do not earn that many gems to be able to after you progress further and as the game becomes harder it ends up being pointless so in the end you have to spend money eventually to progress, same goes for the weather condition machines that are 500 gems each location, sad I’ll be deleting the game now also for the length of the adds the prizes aren’t worth it, sometimes it’s only 2 gems or 100 coins occasionally it’s a little more but it’s rare and not worth the ad

I love this game but in order to pass levels you have to actually spend cash. Some levels are impossible to win unless you purchase diamonds and more cash. Then if you pay 1000 diamonds to automatically make beds it doesn’t carry over to the next hospital. Love this game but I refuse to keep paying money to pass levels. Should have more ways to earn cash and diamonds. Or get more from daily rewards. Uninstalling and finding another game. Not worth paying should just make it a buy the game and earn the money instead of free game but have to pay to win.

Also don’t know how it’s 4.7 stars when so many people rate it 3 or below because you have to pay to beat levels

This is one of the few games that actually looks like the advertisement. I love that you can use the diamonds to buy extra lives and cheats instead of using actual money. I also love how they give you the option of watching free adds to fully revive lives. Glad I downloaded this game, definitely does not disappoint.

After the first hospital everything shifted for me. It was fun and exciting, but it’s impossible to play if you’re not spending real money. #1 why wouldn’t you guys give the money earned for the completed tasks? You don’t give coins until the patient leaves the bed, but if you’ve done some before the patient leaves the bed, like when the time has run out, the bar is 90% filled, why not get the coins for the services you did complete? I've already spent money on this game I Don't want to say how much because I'm ashamed but this is ridiculous amount for the amount of coins and gems being given. SMH, SHAME ON THE CREATORS

I really enjoyed this game for the first hospital but when it came to the second hospital it was almost impossible to upgrade things without spending money. I thought that on the endless mode of the first hospital it would help with that issue but you barely make any money and it’s almost impossible to keep beating the levels. I think if you have money to spend it’s a great game to play but otherwise after the first hospital the games pretty much over

I love the layout and this game was designed so well and i can tell a lot of work was put into this game. The first hospital is good gameplay and a good challenge however the more you progress in the game the levels become unplayable. I suggest adding a powerup thats like an extra nurse that helps you with patients for 30 secs or so. I also suggest a mini game to help gain coins faster! My last suggestion is adding more time on the timed levels because 2 minutes to earn 800 coins is not enough time.

I really enjoy playing this game. It is fun and challenging. The downside is that the coin payout doesn’t compensate for the cost of the upgrades. I’m at a stage where I have to grind for days to get enough coins for the upgrades required to pass the level. What would really be helpful is if, instead of getting only 10% of the coins when I fail the level, getting 25%. With the option of watching an ad to double the payout, that would be so helpful.

The game is fun for about the first 35 or so episodes, then it becomes nearly impossible to win, so it must programmed so that you have to play 40+ games before you can move on without paying real money. The proof is that I could play a very smooth game, and lose for the zillionth time, then play a game like total crap and end up (to my surprise) winning.

Also, with the amount and length of commercials a person has to endure should be sufficient enough for the creators.

Video games are supposed to give you the good feels, not frustration that has you close HappyASMRHospital . You are Happy Clinic 2. I don’t play that game anymore either.
If you spend 5000 coins and 20 gems? It should make a difference. It doesn’t. I started this game 2 weeks ago, then I did an upgrade that took things away. Same thing Happy Clinic did. Again? I don’t play that game anymore. This time, with this game? I have not spent a ridiculous amount of money on it. I can walk away without regret.
THIS GAME LEAVES ME FEELING BAD. 😡

As I started playing, I really enjoyed the game and the story. However, as the difficulty increases, it becomes nearly impossible to move forward in the game without buying a bunch of stuff with real money. It would be really great if we could replay levels to earn more coins in order to upgrade so we don’t have to continue to fail levels. After I failed the same level the 5th time and ran out of lives, it really drained my desire to play again.

I was hoping this hospital game would be different, but of course it isn’t. Just like in Happy Clinic, upgrades become way too expensive way too fast. There’s no way to earn enough money to beat all the levels the first time. Once you complete all the levels in the first hospital and can play endless mode, the amount of money you earn is drastically cut. You can watch an ad to double your money, but I’m not watching ad after ad to earn less than $200 per level when upgrades cost thousands. Just another game going into the trash bin.

I love this game and I’m not sure why people are saying after a certain level it’s impossible to beat I’m on level 102 and I haven’t bought anything. Yes it may have taken a few times to win but I did it. What is a game without some kind of challenge? It would be boring. And you get plenty of coins and diamonds every day just by watching adds. It’s a great game!!

While I like the multi-tasking challenge this game offers. I wish that I could somehow double tap and change my task when I new one pops up closer to me. Instead, I seem to be stuck in my pre-programmed to do order. Not being able to change just isn’t realistic. I’d also like to re-arrange some of the layouts. Some of them make absolute NO sense. Even if I had to use diamonds to move it.
Also, why do you show these images of detailed medical work (pimples and tooth extractions and ear crud) when you DON’T offer that??? It isn’t honest! You should stop that OR offer mini games where you actually CAN fix their teeth or clean out their ears or pop their pimples… Also, I noticed in the last upgrade that you got real stingy with the diamonds. No es bueno. I won’t be a customer long if I feel like it’s a money grab. And I HAVE spent real money for upgrades because I was having fun and I felt like the game was very fair at all the rewards. In the end, greed and dishonesty will not prosper you.
Finally, the cost of faster nurse, better doctor, faster equipment and more coins, etc is too high! It really is. Seven doctors with 13 levels, starting at 1500 to level them up??? And each level is more??? Don’t be greedy. It’s fun little game. it’s why I still gave it.4 stars even though I have all these complaints. I would like to hang on. So take my suggestions seriously.

This game is fun I play it daily but also feel like it just wants your money I may spend 24 dollars a day on this game just for upgrades because when you fail a level you can’t keep the money so it’s like you will always have to pay to move forward the first 3 levels you will pass for free at each hospital after that you are going to have to spend money to buy gems just so you can upgrade atleast let us keep our money from failed levels so that we can atleast upgrade some stuff free smh I feel like it’s a money hungry game I’ve been playing this game for about a week and a half and know I have spent a 100 on this game I don’t mine paying but not when I feel like it’s not fair and you guys just want money make it fair before you lose good paying customers also the advertising for this game is false it’s a hospital game not asmr where you can pop pimples Clean ears and belly buttons I think it was only 3 levels of that and then you have to play the hospital part to get to that I’m on level 167 and I was only able to play the asmr part of the game 3 times and I’m on level 167 and no new levels have unlocked yet for the asmr part of the game which is the only reason I downloaded the game I could of just played my other hospital game that’s very similar and cost way less I just wanted to do this because it seemed more real but it’s the same as the other one just more expensive please be fair and stop false advertising

I actually like this game but cannot respect the developers. As you advance, the game does not allow you to enjoy it. This is because every time you reach/ meet the difficulty level it allows you to win and advance to the next difficulty level immediately. This is so you are ALWAYS behind. When you are behind, you are needy. You have 2 choices ... Either spend real cash or watch countless ads. Either Way they are making money from us needing to upgrade our doctors, equipment, patience, and devices. And oh, let's not forget that when you fail a level ,you only get 10% of the coins you actually won. Making this so frustrating. For example, if you are at zero and earn 700 coins during gameplay but failed...you are offered 70 coins. But hey, the doctor needs 1800.... it will take forever especially if you have used all your boosts. This is where the ads come in. Oh my, you really don't need to spend real money with this game but you will literally spend so much time watching ads just to get what you need to catch up. Either that, or spend real cash to bypass the ads. Summary Pro... Fun game, smooth gameplay, cool graphics Con... Being held hostage by countless ads because I don't want to spend $9.99 a week to bypass them.....not a typo....A WEEK!!

I really enjoy this game. I have advanced far and quickly with spending just under $3 of real money. I have watched what feels like thousands of ads though. I get it, developers need to make money one way or another, so I’m ok with spending my time instead of spending my money. However, there are a few things I am frustrated with. When you use the time freeze boost, the actual time should freeze, not just the patients’ moods. Then, that would be a much more useful boost. In other similar games I’ve played, the clock and the moods freeze. Also, I agree with others saying that the endless mode is way too difficult to start. In other similar games you started off easy then worked your way up in difficulty even in endless mode. Even with a lot of upgrades (including auto bed change) I cannot really beat endless mode without boosts. Then, I use up my boosts and get very little coins. Endless mode is useless so therefore the diamonds you spent on those premium upgrades are then useless as well. In short, I think the time freeze should freeze the clock too, and the endless mode should be improved to actually have some benefit to the users.

The game itself is good. The different locations and patients that are in each city are interesting. Like a previous reviewer stated… “if you want to go faster, spend money. If not, it takes time to progress”….
I agree to a certain point. It does takes a long time to accumulate 1000 gems for one of the perks in the game (bed making). There are different locations to advance to during the game. Once you have either spent “real currency “ in the game or have waited a long time and MANY ads to attain the gems to purchase the perk (bed making), in my opinion that perk need to stay in effect since it’s an essential part of the nurses duty among all other tasks she has to do in every city. What’s happening now is whatever perk you buy they’re erased when you advance to another city. It’s honestly too many gems to spend for each city. You don’t receive gems for every ad and when you do get them it’s 20 gems or less. Even in rewards it’s hardly over 100 gems. At times it takes a whole lot of tries and possibly days to eventually pass a level to only receive very little rewards after 10 or more successful levels. If the team can work on these issues it would REALLY be appreciated. Thank you for your hard work.

I agree with tons of other reviews. You do not earn enough coins to upgrade quick enough the keep up with the difficulty of the levels. I’m on the second set of levels & at difficulty 8. Still haven’t been given 2 of each doctor which is really needed at this difficulty to keep up and with spending pretty much every coin I get on leveling up doctors they still are all level 4 or 5 with a difficulty of 8! Pretty much impossible to beat the level I am on. Earn almost 800 coins with 16 patients and not lose any of them. How when I have 1 yellow doctor but you give me 3 patients to attend to? Extremely fun & addicting game just needs balanced to make progressing possible. At this point you would have to buy diamonds to purchase coins. I’m not a fan of pay to win. Also the big expensive upgrades like self cleaning bed should be for every single place not just one. Overpriced if it’s just for 1 place.

If some things are changed and balanced I would definitely come back to playing this game.

I’ve played a lot of these games and this is one of my favorites. Yes, if you want to go further faster you will need to purchase boosts, the company needs to make money to maintain their servers but this game gives AMPLE ways to earn gems and boosters, it just takes patience and time. It can’t be any more simple than that, pay money, go faster, don’t spend money, take longer. I am having a ball. There are times I’ve gotten frustrated and just went ahead and bought a boost pack, then there are times I’ve waited until the next days free ads to earn them then saved them up to get past a difficult level.

First of all, the ad that prompted me to download this game was a total lie. Strike one. They advertise being the doctor or nurse working closely on an issue for a patient and that RARELY happens. They give you several easy ones in the beginning, but then it just keeps saying the next one will unlock “soon” and never does (I went through several different hospital locations without a single unlock). What they really want to rope you into doing is playing this ridiculous farce running around a hospital as the ONLY nurse in the building doing everything for everyone. The coins and gems you earn are nowhere near enough to purchase the upgrades you need to make winning each level even feasible as you get into harder levels. Which forces you to either spend a bunch of money on packs of gems and coins to do the upgrades or just keep playing the same level forever and never getting anywhere. Even the boosts are useless when they start forcing your nurse to go up and down escalators or elevators so her speed just vanishes while she’s stuck on those. They WANT it to be so frustrating that you cave and spend cash on their game. NO THANK YOU AND GOOD DAY SIRS! 😡

This game can be fun the problem is though that they have a pop up window at the end of each level to spend gems. If you are not careful you can accidentally click on it and immediately lose 50 gems. I do not recommend spending real money on this game because of this issue. It needs to be fixed by giving an option and asking you if you want to spend 50 gems. I have lost 200 gems because of this very reason. Very disappointing!!! Also the cover photo for the game is pretty gross and makes the game look less appealing and doesn’t make me want to try the game out. Change the photo back to the image with the nurse and doctors it’s much better and more appealing to the eye. People will engage more of you change it back and also remove the pop up of the gems being automatically removed when the button is accidentally pressed at the end. Either remove it or change it to do you want to spend 50 gems to finish the level? It’s much more honest and people will want to play it more. You should use these suggestions if you want more customers and engagement with the game

I really enjoy this game, I play everyday but I am getting frustrated. As I advance in the levels it is harder to accomplish and “win” the level without spending my own money. I am not one to spend my own money as a single parent I have to watch and budget my money. I do enjoy dash games and this one needs some help. If it says you are earning 1700 coins why are we only earning 70? It cost 1800+ to upgrade the machines and doctors so you can achieve the level. I don’t mind a challenge but when you are stuck on a level for over four days (I play several times a day) with 8 lives and still cannot pass the level because your too slow or the upgrades cost too much it is time to say goodbye and find another game. Oh and the freeze why does it not freeze the time? It’s useless. Freezing the mood does nothing if you cant also freeze the time as well. It is suppose to be a boost to help but it does nothing and is a waste. Please fix this game and I will consider returning and playing again.

I am really liking the golden key, I hope this is available every month. The cute new outfits you can get are awesome. It’s still a challenging game, but seems better with the extra coins and such you get with the side rewards. Keep the upgrades coming! Turning into a very fun game :)

There’s hard and there’s ridiculous, and this game is ridiculous. I do like the game and don’t mind spending money on games I enjoy, but it seems impossible to keep up with patients even when you spend money to upgrade. The upgrades do not coincide with the levels, at all. I went thru and upgraded multiple items and was only able to pass one level before it got too difficult. You either need to speed up the nurse (more than the max speed you currently have in upgrades), give more time per level, or you need to slow the flow of patients. This game deserves 5*, if you can fix the upgrade-to-win ratio.

The game play is similar to Diner Dash, except you play a nurse instead of a waitress.

You hardly earn enough coins for the price of one upgrade. You will need to pass three or four levels to make enough for one upgrade. You are pretty much forced to spend real money or watch countless ads to get by, if you’re lucky.

When you fail levels, you receive only 10% of what you earned working in that level, which means you will need to fail at least 10 times before you receive the full amount of what you earned the first time. You only have 5 lives, so every time you fail, you lose one life. In my opinion 10% is way too low. I think 50-75% would be a fair range if you do not want to give the full amount earned. Otherwise a lot of players will get frustrated over how many lives they used and hardly made progress towards an upgrade to help them pass the level. Which would lead players to quit playing the game or suggesting it to others.

This is one of my favorite ways to pass time. None like other diamond needed games, this one actually give you opportunities to get diamonds without having to spend money (although I still have a few times how could u not with the good deals they give u 🤭🤫). Only issue I have isss …not enough styles for your avatar🫤. Like come on I can’t even make her my skin COLOR. Along with the profile avatars also. Those could be wayyy more options not even having to be ppl, make some cute animal faces or SOMETHING be fr. Your like a bf that I love and despise at the same time but I’m going to stick beside u only for a sec to see if u save this relationship before I let completely go. 😕 its 2023 individuality is everything. 😂 anyways please fix this issue and I will rate 5 stars my ALL time favorite and check out your other games.

I like this game. I play it every chance I get. However, I don’t think the cost to upgrade and pass levels is feasible. 50 diamonds for 30 seconds of more time to complete the level is a lot…especially with how hard/expensive (when purchasing from store with real $$) it is to obtain diamonds and boosters. I like the vending machine feature in this game as others similar to this one don’t have that. But I do think the upgrades need to be less expensive as far as coin costs for them or maybe the game should offer increased amounts of free rewards/boosters. Also, I really enjoyed the merge event in the last upgrade.

I gave 4 stars. But please fix this as I will soon have to delete the game due to spending too much money on upgrades/diamonds/boosters to level up and move on!

First, I got this game because I thought I was going to be playing something way different, like the adds suggested. You know, pick through someone’s ear and clean it and stuff, it’s literally the picture of the icon. But I was brought to a completely different game. Second, it’s fun yes, but this game was designed to make the levels harder than your actual level, so it makes you need to spend money to level up your doctors and stuff, but you don’t get enough in the game. So you spend all this effort and time, even using boosts, but it takes forever to pass a level, and that’s most likely after you’ve earned money by paying for it or watching adds. Just don’t waste your time. This is one of those games that was designed to waste your money and get you addicted. You can do better. Honestly I’m so tired of creators simply looking to make money and not make a game we can just play and enjoy. It’s ridiculous.

I really looove this game and it has me hooked!! I like all the different maps (except the one i just started Stockholm 1/10) and the subtle differences or similarities! I love the graphics and little challenges! Although I have gotten really far, it’s getting really hard to buy the upgrades. (It shames me to admit the i spent A GOOD BUCK of my own money just to keep up).

Also the “all tasks” power up should also make up any beds that need to be reset, that would make that power up more effective! Along with that the “mood pause” power up should praise the time on the time levels. Lastly, It would be nice to have a different nurse for each hospital and have that one nurse be there head nurse OR be able to change the nurses ethnicity. But overall its a great game and i will continue to play, because i like a challenge!

The game publishers are incredibly greedy. I realized that as you progress through each new city, 1) rewards stay the same but 2) the upgrades increase in cost exponentially, while 3) providing less value for your upgrade. It gets to a point where having fully upgraded to the most the nurse can carry at the fastest speed, with upgrades to medium speed of treatment, no matter how well you play it is impossible to win the medium difficulty levels without using costly bailout measures. I got frustrated with hitting a wall of expensive difficulty much earlier in Iceland than I was used to and decided to go back to an earlier city for some endless levels, and realized that (for example), upgrading the doctors cost from level 4 speed to level 5 was less than 1000 coins and I had completed all levels on that city with level 4 speed. By the time I gave up on the game as a money pit, it cost over 2400 coins to upgrade from level 1 to 2 speed, with 2600 for the next upgrade, and it is impossible to complete the highest levels of the new city without upgrading to level 11 or 12 doctor speed AND also usually needing to use a bailout reward as well.

I rlly love the game tbh and play it all the time but the cost of the nurses and all that different stuff is a bit much also the endless mode is too difficult never have a seen an endless mode that isn’t easy once you finsish with the whole city because honestly I went to the endless mode to get easy money when I needed it to get improvements the layout of some of the city is weird too also I noticed how with each city you gotta pay 500 diamonds to get an automatic fan or wtv and I think if a person pays that much for it that it should be that way for all the city like the air conditioner should be payed for the whole rest of the way thru the game the prices of thing in the game is outrageous I’ve had it for months and honestly love how multitask it is but sometimes I wanna throw my phone or delete the game when I play with how bad the creators are with the stinginess

I really think this game is interesting because it kind of teaches you how to take care of people and it gives you an idea of what it's like for nurses and doctors in hospital settings caring the needs of people. It's stressful lol! I honestly like the real life reaction with the frustration on the characters faces! It resembles how people really feel at the hospital. Especially in the waiting rooms. I will say that the game is kind of set up. You have to spend money because the stages are impossible to beat because it requires more than the usual attention, cognitive and gross motor skills than any other game I played. I believe you will have to buy packages with diamonds in order to get through specific boards and also coins to afford yourself extra time. And so yes this game will cost you money. Now that I don't like because it seems like a hidden agenda for profit for the game designer. However, and other than that it's a nice, unique game to play!

Second, you have to watch all the stupid in app ads to get enough gems and coins to advance unless you want to spend your own money. All that aside, I gave it a try. As you play levels with time limits, a pop up will show when you run out of time and there are two buttons you can choose in order to get a little more time to complete the level, if you are madly clicking away trying to get your nurse to get all the things the patients need, the pop up will appear and if you accidentally hit the 50 gems to continue, it will take your gems automatically to continue the level. This is a problem when you have spent time watching all the stupid ads to gain enough gems to get the perks that need gems. I wrote to the creators and asked if they could add a pop up asking if you are sure you want to spend your gems, they basically said “thanks for your suggestion, we value it but nope”. This happened to me twice and I then said clearly you don’t care about your game players feedback so here I am writing a negative review. I wouldn’t play this game if I were you!! It’s lame!

this game used to be genuinely very fun and challenging, but it has become such a money grab i’m almost to the point of deleting it. i used to enjoy getting to play this game daily, but as i’ve advanced (not sure if this is similar for new users or just advancing) it is IMPOSSIBLE to complete any levels. your doctors start our costing 1000 coins to upgrade but they’re only willing to give you 200 coins for completing the level. and if you fail it with 199 coins, they only give you 19 or the option to double coins for watching an ad (38 coins). you will be able to advance the first couple levels, but then they continually add things to upgrade along with your doctors so it becomes impossible to advance without spending real money. no matter if you win or lose in this game, there is no way to mindlessly enjoy it without paying, and it’s so blatantly obvious at this point it’s kind of gross, especially because it’s advertised for children 12+ /:

also, if you are downloading this game from an ad that interested you, it is probably fake! have seen tons of ads displaying game play that is no where to be found in HappyASMRHospital, which is also very misleading and gross

I played this game last year but stopped when the levels started feeling impossible. I recently started playing again but the developers are so greedy. During the level, you are tapping fast. At the end of the level, a pop up appears that allows you to spend 50 gems to add extra time to the level. I keep accidentally hitting that button and wasting my gems. Gems are HARD to come by. Either you gain them very slowly or you spend real money to get them. I worked really hard to accumulate them, just to waste them by accident. I messaged the developer to ask them to fix this and make it right by giving me my gems back. They just say “thanks for your feedback!”. Looking back through my chat with them, it looks like I made this same request a year ago and they made no such fix.

Looking back on all their bad reviews, their response is still along the lines of “thanks for the feedback” without actually doing anything to make the game better for their players.
