So I downloaded OperateNow around May and it was really fun at first. The surgeries are fairly easy and simple but get slightly harder as you level up. My issue came when the research department opened up and I had to place one of my staff in there. The first go around everything was okay, but then when I tried to do research again the department was locked and my staff member was stuck in the loading screen. It’s been like that since June and it’s August right now. I contacted Azerion via email and they told me they would not (NOT could not) solve the issue but would instead just give me 500 CVs that are used to hire expensive staff members and around 100 gold hearts. I was so upset because how could they not solve the issue?! You literally can’t move farther in the game bc of this bug issue. Now I still play the game to this day bc there are some surgeries that pop up from time to time, but I can’t move on in the game chapter. I was thinking of just deleting OperateNow , but then today all of a sudden I was given every single staff member possible for the game. Despite that, the research department is still stuck, and azerion has not fixed the issue. If you download the game, be careful when you get to the research department level which is season 1 episode 8, and do not put your best staff member in there, choose someone with less stamina. So I give the game just 1 Star bc it can be fun but the game creators are too lazy to fix the bug issue.

When I first downloaded the game, I used to play it all day, even at work. I even spent ACTUAL hard earned money with this game (something I NEVER do), but I’ve spent maybe $5-$10 with this game the first go around. However, when I got to a certain level in the game it said I was not on the latest version of the game and needed to update. Went to OperateNow Store there was not an update available so the other thing I could think of is uninstalling and reinstalling. Completed the reinstall and noticed I lost EVERYTHING; which was fine because I was just starting to play anyway. So a couple weeks later and $25-$30 later and I’m extremely close to completing a higher level, it says the same exact thing about OperateNow being out of date. This time I’m not doing the uninstall and reinstall because I’m thinking this is a way for OperateNow developers to make more money along with the in-app purchases you’ve previously made. Today is the day I’ve decided to permanently get rid of OperateNow from my phone and I hope others read this review and STAY AWAY FROM OperateNow!! It’s honestly just a money hunger group of people who created a game with flaws from the beginning! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!

This is the most irritating app I have EVER downloaded. I was really excited to get this game because I was really interested in completing a surgery. When I got OperateNow , everything went pretty smoothly at first. The plot itself is very good, and could be better, if it weren’t for the fact that there are MAJOR flaws in this. Firstly, when in surgery, the needles do not work. I have tried to slowly close wounds, but it doesn’t even respond to the simplest of doings. It is sooo irritating. I was about to finish a surgery but I couldn’t because the needles wouldn’t work correctly. Secondly, the staff. At the start of the game, you have to recruit staff. At this point, I had about 5 or 6 staff members. The next day, I came back and suddenly had ALL OF THE STAFF MEMBERS YOU COULD POSSIBLY GET. Okay, I’m not really complaining about that one because it makes it easier for me to handle all of the departments. Thirdly, the staff are charged too much stamina for a singular surgery. Each staff member has a certain stamina level, depending on how experienced or skilled they are. For a surgery, you have to choose additional staff members to help you. Only rare staff can handle maybe 1 at most 2 surgeries. It’s so annoying. If I didn’t suddenly have these rare doctors, I wouldn’t have been able to even BEGIN a surgery. All in all, don’t get OperateNow. You’ll just get as annoyed as I am

Adding another hospital was the worst idea ever. Why not do an update with the features your players wanted? A new disaster collection, Season 3, and the ability to move our departments around after they are built. Rather than a whole new hospital, an expansion on the current one would have been fine.

The worst is the fact that we can’t move our existing staff to the new hospital so we can’t complete the quests for that hospital. Yet when we purchase recruitment for the new hospital, if we get a staff member that we already have at the original hospital it is considered a duplicate and they give you training cards instead. Well, if I can’t move my staff then I think all staff recruitment at the new hospital should be counted separately and considered a new staff member at the new hospital even if you already have that person at the original hospital. Basically if I can’t share staff among both hospitals then it’s not really a duplicate if you don’t have that staff member there.

Also, the change to the daily log in. You used to get 20 gold hearts as the daily prize. Not anymore. Now it’s a cash prize. We all know the hearts are more valuable which is no doubt exactly why you changed it. Bottom line, my review went from a 4 star original review to a one star updated review. Nice job development. You really ruined this one.

I just started playing a couple of days ago. The graphics are beautiful. The operations are simple to execute. I’m already a bit frustrated though because I can’t advance at my second hospital. I need a paramedic to assign to a task and only have one that I need at the other hospital. I spent $60,000 game money on a recruitment pack only to get a Doctor. It takes so long to build cash and everything is expensive. There should be a way to be able to pick which kind of staff member you want to hire when buying with game money. You can pick if you hire with CVs but I have no idea how to earn those.

UPDATE: A previous review was correct and you will get to a point where you cannot progress without spending real money. I currently need the highest level Nurse for stamina purposes to complete an assignment. The Nurse can only be purchased with hearts. I took a chance and spent the hearts I earned naturally on a Diamond recruitment pack and got an Auxiliary. I don’t even know what they are used for. I’ll repeat what I said in my earlier review that we should be able to pick what kind of staff member you get. I might consider spending a little actual money every now and then if there was a guarantee that I could get what I needed and not something random that (in this case) I don’t even know how to use. I’ll continue working on my other assignments for as long as I can but once I’m capped out, I’m done with this game.

This game is really fun and interesting but the little stuff really ruins it for you. Everyone knows it’s always about the little things in life. Well I know they need to make money but does the special purchase ads need to show up after every time you finish a task. It’s like ok I got it I know it’s a limited time offer. But I’m poor af and don’t want to spend money. There should be an option that lets you click on “don’t show again.” Then to upgrade in the game costs so much money. 😑 It feels like my student loans where I pay and go no where with my balance. We don’t even make that much money with our hospital rooms or missions. Yet everything is so freaking costly to upgrade. 60k to get a random card of a new staff member. Are you for real? 60k to update each freaking room. They are need to give out more energy recharges if it’s so costly just to upgrade the break room. That only recharges the stamina of one staff at a time. I go to sleep and wake up to see all of my staff need to recharge. Ugh I’m done ranting now. Please fix the little annoyances because I really think this game has a lot of potential.

I really do like this game but it needs some major improvements . Earning money is hard and when you do get good money you’re having to spend it on something like to get another employee is $60,000 and it could be a nurse or a pharmacy . You don’t get to choose . It cost $8,000 to get 10 of the training skills which sounds great right ? I thought that meant you can improve 10 of your employees skills. Nope . You only use them on one and then you Realize that you actually have to pay $6,000+ on top of that to upgrade them with the 10 training skills that you thought could be used for 10 separate people . So really $68,00 or more to up the skills of ONE employee . I won’t buy skills anymore. I wait till I get rewards . Oh and upgrading your rooms ! That’s just a rip off . You can only put one employee in a room at a time unless you upgrade . So you spend $50,000 to upgrade your room but the only thing that does is change the time it takes by ONE SECOND! If you want 2 people in a room you have to upgrade AGAIN for $100,000 . And it took 12hrs to upgrade the room the first time, so you can’t use the only break room you have for 12 HOURS! Eventually your people will have no energy what so ever unless you spend 120 hearts to rush the upgrade . Which you have to buy thoSe with REAL money . So I’m sure if you update again it’s another 12 hours you have to wait to use it 😡

So apparently my game updated I’m guessing and now I can’t play it. It stays on the loading screen and I have let it sit on that for over an hour before. Don’t matter what high speed internet I use or data it changes nothing so it is the game not the phone. first thing I believe I’ve spent enough money $100sss to at least get to play the game :/ I went through some of the reviews and saw where someone deleted and lost everything trying to fix the problem.. well I’ve spent way to much to just loose everything unless y’all want to refund all of the money that’s been spent from my account. 2nd I’m very aggravated how y’all allow the duplicates I think when we pay to get a new character that’s what we should get instead of getting cards 10times over how ridiculous. If we wanted cards we would use the training cards purchaser. If you want to keep receiving lots of money then fix this. 3rd the game and surgeries are getting repetitive. Need some new things added. It’s starting to get boring just going through the same old thing every time... once you get so far in the game there’s only so little to do.. look if you want this game to stay on the top then you need to do what it takes to keep it on the top. The game needs a lot of improvements otherwise it’s going downhill...

This game is a good idea and has some good qualities like the surgeries and the fact that you can almost design an entire hospital. Although, there are a lot of problems with the game. First of all accumulating money is too hard; you don’t get enough money per room for you to add cool things to the hospital. Also, it is really hard to get more staff, to get staff you can do challenges/tasks like surgeries or you can use a currency system, but you can only get the currency (I can’t think of the name of it at the moment) if you hire more staff which is hard because the reason you are trying to buy more staff is because you are not getting enough staff through challenges. Another problem is that there are a lot of bugs to be fixed. There has been many times where the game has crashed on me, and times the game just swindled me out of things. Like one time I was making a new ward and I exited out of the game for a moment and when I got back there was no ward being build and it still took my money. One again this game is good idea and concept but there are a lot of problems that should be fixed. Once those problems are fixed I can definitely see myself playing this game daily on my free time.

I gave it a 2 because I love this game and I play it all the time. However, I sometimes come across surgeries where I lose hearts because it won’t let me click the right tool so I have to click another in order to get that one to work. Or I lose time because it won’t give me 100% on a task even though I went over that spot multiple times.
For example, I decided to write this review because of one particular surgery. I am trying to pass this one quest in the sister hospital and I am supposed to cauterize stomach ulcers. But when I go over it with the laser, it will only give me up to 67% and then won’t go up anymore. I’ve gone over my entire screen and the ares over and over again until my time ran out and it would not let me go to the next step. I have tried this surgery 3 times now and it is the same thing over and over.
I’m not sure how I’m supposed to get passed that surgery if it just keeps stopping me at the same part. I really like this game but it is beyond infuriating. I have spent actual money on this game, and for it to just stop letting me progress seems a little unfair.

Please fix this or I will be forced to stop playing because I can’t progress anymore without that surgery.

The game is fun... I wouldn’t say addicting..and only because just when I think I am getting somewhere and actually playing the game having a good time...oh..here comes 30 sec to 2 min ad. Watch the ad ...start playing again..my task to complete? Build an exam room..ok easy enough...15 minutes wait to build an exam room!!! Oh but wait I can purchase hearts and energy to “rush” these things and actually play. The game has potential and is fun..but there are wayyy to many ads it’s so annoying. And in order to get progress in the game without having to wait ridiculous amounts of time for things to finish you have to make purchases. I have played countless app games like this one but this game is by far the worst when it comes to ads and wait times to actually get anywhere without spending money. It’s find of disappointing that this company can target human psychology like this and feed off of natural human instinct to not want to have to wait to have fun and flash ads of other games and flash “in game purchase ads in our faces constantly” I’ve invested more time watching ads then I have actually playing this game nd I just downloaded it last night... pathetic to say the least.

When I first started out, I was really excited. I played the small Operate Now games on the computer before I found this game. I loved them. You could choose different types of operations to do. So I thought that this game would have an abundance of operations. It was a bit of a let down though. At first I thought I just had to keep playing and leveling up, it made sense for that to be the case. After a few weeks I realized that wasn’t the case. There is a small variety of operations.
That’s not what really gets on my nerves though. It is really hard to get money, UNLESS you update the rooms(which takes a lot of money!) or to pay for it with hearts(which takes real money!). Not to mention it takes 12 hours for a room to update! And you can’t use that room while it’s updating, leaving you in a bad spot if you have a time limited event.
One thing that needs to be updated is the card packets to get new workers. It cost 60,000 dollars in the game(and if you remember it’s hard to earn that) and then there’s a big possibility that you’ll get a duplicate card. There shouldn’t be duplicates. I have around 15 doctors, 10 surgeons, and 15 nurses. But I have one axillary worker and two paramedics. I need more axillary workers! But every time I get a packet, I get a doctor, surgeon, or nurse! I do not need another one of those!

Overall I’m really obsessed with this game . I tend to play it everyday. You have to make sure everybody gets their energy recharge so they either make you use energy drinks or coffee . You also have the option to send them to break room . That takes forever I upgraded the break room thinking it would allow many to be in at once . The actual upgrade only made it possible to speed up recovery which is nice .It’s just frustrating how you always have to spend money (actual money) & it’s nearly impossible to recruit a doctor 🤦🏾‍♀️ like you can’t fully run a successful hospital without doctors . no matter how much money I raise from hospital or gold hearts I have you can never win a doctor. It’s truly frustrating cause everything usually needs a doctor but they only give you 2 . The surgeries sometimes are nearly impossible. They want you to be precise . I do love that cause In real life what’s a doctor/nurse/surgeon if not careful ! So I do love they try to make game true as possible . I can’t express enough how frustrating it is that ads keep popping up , the same ads everyday . It’s a great game but can definitely use a few adjustments just to make the game a little bit more enjoyable .

This is a great game but it needs some real big improvements. First of all there is and event going on, and I am trying to participate and do an operation to get through and continue the story well when ever I am in that operation that I NEED to do in order to get by the game crashes and brings me to my home screen. And what is really frustrating is that it is kinda hard to get gold hearts and money because you have to do many operations in order to be able to do anything. I was also kinda disappointed because at first this game made me think that you were just going to save people’s lives by doing operations and level. But I was wrong see there are operations and then there are things that you have missions which you don’t even get to do. All you do is you assign someone from your team to do something and it ends up taking four hours. See recently I built my garage which took 12 HOURS and upgraded my ward which took $25,000 and 5 HOURS, which I think is ridiculous. So I feel that there are still many bugs in this game and need to make stuff cheaper, not be so insufficient with time, AND NOT SO MANY DUPLICATES.

I love this game! It’s fun, and it has nice graphics. The story is interesting enough, and I can rewatch episodes. There are several issues with it, though. First reason, I can’t do any disasters. When you get into the game, after a certain number of days, it allows you to do disasters- this can be a hurricane or a tourist bus crash. It sounds fun, but I can’t do it. Of course, this game requires internet, and my internet connection is strong, but it still won’t work. Then, I have to close the game, and start over. Second, the money. Of course, you get money, xp, and other stuff for completing tasks, missions, etc. It’s hard to save though because you need so much, and if you’re like me then you don’t want to spend any REAL money. For a new ward or an MRI, you need $60,000. To upgrade it to a level 2, you need $120,000. Just a lot of money and it doesn’t flow with the income you get. Third, I think we should get more surgeries. There’s only so many you get before they just become a “rush it, the doctor you put on the job is doing it”, thing. You’ll get one or two, MAYBE three. That’s it. The rest you have to wait for HOURS unless you rush it for 20 gold hearts or 40 gold hearts. When it’s already hard to save, the worst thing you need is a mission telling you that you need a bunch of gold hearts in order to speed up the process and get to the story. Overall, this game is really good, and what I described was more of minor stuff.

I love playing this game and it is a lot of fun but, it could use a few changes. For example, when you are setting up your hospital it tells you where to put your departments and you can’t change it. I was hoping to move around some departments to make things more efficient for myself and more life like in general but you can’t move anything and I can make my hospital really bothersome to look at. Also, money is really hard to come by in the game and it takes a lot of cash to upgrade the hospital. Most importantly, it costs 60 grad to hire a new worker and you may really need a nurse but they give you a doctor instead. So you have 5 nurses trying to run 5 departments and have 5 drs running 2 departments. Also I was VERY angry when I went to purchase a new employee and they said that I had duplicated an employee and just gave me skills instead! I needed another employee not skills. All in all this game is pretty fun to play but it could make some changes to make game play even better.

This is a great game to go onto, re-up your staff and start missions and upgrades (which all take several passing hours to be completed). I love having something to open and fiddle with for a minute or two at any time during the day, if I’m bored or need a momentary distraction. There’s plenty of opportunities to earn “in game money” and in game golden hearts by just playing - there’s options to watch adds or pay just like any other game.. but they offer enough of both by completing missions and logging in that there’s plenty for free play. Contrary to previous reviews, I have not spent any of my own money purchasing things. The game is built so you slowly upgrade your hospital and staff over time to collect more “in game money” to keep upgrading. There’s tons of missions. Some of them are offered early on, but you should wait until your hospital is producing enough “in game money” before even attempting them. The constant pop ups for deals to purchase are annoying which is why I gave a 4 instead of a 5 Star.

Hi, so as you see from the title, yeah. All my doctors are gone. So I download this game like many months ago, I started playing it a lot but then I stopped playing. After many months, I started to feel like I should check OperateNow now since I haven’t played that much. So when I went back to my app, I did the daily rewards and stuff, but then I noticed all my staff are not working. I thought they stopped working because they ran out of energy but when I tried to get them in the break room, I noticed that I had no staff. I got worried so I checked my staff collection and they are gone too. Even my beach hospital staff are gone too! Idk why that happened!!! But now I have no staff! Also I was thinking about replacing them but heck, $60,000 for a new doctor! And I only have twice that much but since I have like 9 doctors, I can’t replace that many! And I’m not sure if this is a glitch/bug or the doctors quitting their jobs. And is it even mentioned in the tutorial if you never care for your doctors they will leave your hospital for a better one cuz I don’t even remember the tutorial that much. Other than that, it is a fun game like you can perform surgery and do missions. Btw, I like your game a lot!

I love this game, but it does need some work in certain areas. First, I’ve seen this mentioned before but the income you receive does not do well with the amount you have to spend for upgrades. Secondly, the event mini games need some work. When you get further in the game you can participate in events or special circumstances in surgeries. I think a quick tutorial should be shown before a player encounters a cardiac arrest situation or a blocked airway because it can be startling the first time a player encounters this. Also, the blizzard event mini game is far more complicated than it should be and I think some more work should be done in simplifying it and explaining how the game works. Thirdly, I’m fine with dealing with the ads, however they should be shown at specific times, and only so many ads should be shown in a day, about five or six. By ‘specific times’ I am referring to when I am playing the blizzard event mini game and an ad comes on in the middle of it instead of the end of the game and instead of my game pausing while the ad is playing, it continues without me and I have to make up the time. Please fix these things and I believe this game will become much more popular.

I’d suggest to add more surgeries from different specialties. You guys should really add more into plastic surgery since it’s pretty much the same. It would be fun to have an appendectomy or anything with an ectomy in the end. You should think of maybe adding some more brain surgeries like a craniotomy. We should have more surgeries on the spine as well. You should also add transplant surgeries such as a lung transplant. A heart transplant. Liver transplant. Kidney transplant. It would be cool if we get more pediatric patients as well as ob cases with pregnant moms in which we have to do emergency c sections. Or we have to do emergency surgeries on the babies.

There should be more patient interaction such as if a critical patient is coding in wards you have the choice to be part of it.

It would be cool if you guys can add ways where we can edit our hospital like put it to where we can move the rooms to wherever we want it to be located.

It would be amazing if we can choose our own specialty like neurosurgery or orthopedic surgery and whatever we choose we could have missions on that field and the more we do the missions the more rewards. More risky surgeries more money etc. it would be a great addition.

You should do more patient interactions in which we get to also diagnose our patient. Like taking them for an x ray or mri and doing consults to other doctors in the field to help diagnose and treat the patients.
