I go to create an account. I get to the password section and when I put in a password that matches all of the criteria required, it still will not let me create the account because it says I don’t meet the criteria.

SpencersNation is SO pointless! First of all, it only allows me to log in with my phone number. And when I do it keeps saying that my log in information is incorrect when I know for a fact that it is. I tried resetting my password but everytime I go to forgot password. I never get the link.

I try to create a new account using my current information but it wouldn’t allow me since it recognized my email told me to log in.

So I had no choice but to make another account with a different email. I’m finally in SpencersNation and I can view my rewards but that’s literally it. I CAN’T EVEN SHOP ON IT! There definitely is a shop option but it just keeps taking me to a blank page.

Also I couldn’t even use this account to log in on the website browser. It just kept saying error or incorrect information. Turns out SpencersNation requires your password to have a minimum of 10 characters and allows consecutive characters. While the website browser requires a minimum of 8 characters and allows NO consecutive characters.

Eventually, I just deleted that account and SpencersNation . Then logged in on the website browser with my original account and was able to join the rewards program there.

I swear I always have the most annoying shopping experiences with Spencer’s…

SpencersNation just simply doesn’t work you click on the menu to take you to the online shop or any other option and nothing happens SpencersNation just simply doesn’t work

I downloaded SpencersNation and it didn’t have any of my previous punches on either jewelry or shirts. I took out the cards from my wallet so i’m not sure where they are anymore. They didn’t tell the worker had to transfer the punches to SpencersNation so now i’m back at square one. The cards were perfectly fine as is there was no need to put them into this stupid app.

I can’t believe my punches expire now. I would keep my punch card for years at a time and spot by Spencer’s every once and while. Now I’m pressured to go back in :/ this is crazy. I don’t mind digital but why not keep the same principles?

Take your online store and put it into an app. Have SpencersNation register punches, deals coupons and discounts.
Promote SpencersNation within the store, put QR codes up in locations so people can see what you sell online as well and to see rewards

From my understanding as a buyer, you don’t have the best team creating and running SpencersNation and from that you are missing a large amount of money. Places like Ulta make over $150 million from in app purchases yearly. (Ulta has a great app, that promotes deals, coupons, upcoming sales and points)
Looking at other popular brands and there apps you can get a good feel on what would be popular for yours. But the current state is very underwhelming and no one is interested or happy with the outcome.

SpencersNation does not work. Tried 5 times to make an account but the loading screen just keeps spinning & spinning. The store told me I can’t use my paper cards anymore for punches but SpencersNation doesn’t work so I guess I just won’t shop here 🤷🏻‍♀️. Fix SpencersNation .

My password I set isn’t working and I have tried resetting it a million times in different places at different times but it always gives me an error message. SpencersNation is completely unusable.

In the preview it’s showing that your free jewelry and Tees can expire but that’s never been a thing since I’ve been shopping there. Also SpencersNation needs a ton of work and I unfortunately don’t think it will be used as much as the punch cards

Cashier took my punch card and said they transferred to my account and that I would have to download SpencersNation to use them. I did so and created an account using the same phone number I gave them in the store and there’s nothing. A full punch card and a free jewelry reward gone because I trusted what they told me.

You can’t even shop on SpencersNation , it’s literally mostly a single screen with your profile, and then another screen with rewards, makes you go to the website to shop. Useless app and a waste of space.

The privacy and update page popped up so I pushed the check mark and read everything I was supposed to and it still wouldn’t let me join SpencersNation I would love to be able to actually get my account set up and shop

Bought three shirts the other day and had an old punchcard with three punches so I should have a free shirt and and two to go till another one, lost all my old punches somehow and didn’t record my new purchases. Talked to the store and they said there’s nothing they can do, just a joke of a system and a total scam to customers. Been going to Spencer’s for years now due to the punch card program, now that I know their new system is really a scam I don’t see me coming back.

I can’t even make an account in SpencersNation which is supposedly the main feature, until I can make an account i just lost TONS of rewards and shirt and jewelry punches because both of my cards were taken when switching over to SpencersNation system. Disappointed.

What is the point of SpencersNation? Like seriously… Every time I click shop online, it opens my OctaApp. Then when I got it on my other phone it just went to the website. What is the point in having SpencersNation if it just takes u to the internet. What a waste of time. Would have did 0 stars if I could

While I appreciate Spencer’s trying to make it easier on the consumer by making the punches online, SpencersNation is just otherwise totally useless. If you want something from Spencer’s, just go in person or through the website. You won’t find what you’re looking for here.

SpencersNation is forcing me to except the new privacy policy but anytime you click that you have read and agreed it won’t register locking you on the screen. App does not function within downloading it. I’ve already had to exit SpencersNation and restart and I still haven’t been able to get in to look at my account. my points are going to expire now.

I got SpencersNation to keep all my information so I don’t have to always put it in and to keep rewards, but when I login and create an account I couldn’t use it on my safari to login when I just made it. On top of that when I go to SpencersNation to find the same products to shop it won’t let me “shop online”. There’s the option but it doesn’t even work.

i downloaded SpencersNation to shop on it because shopping on websites bothers me. i made an account and pressed shop online, which brang me to the website. i decided to just sign in on the website, but didn't work. it said my email was wrong, which when i compared it to my account on SpencersNation and it was the same email. no mistakes or anything. I'd really prefer if there was online shopping on SpencersNation and not the website. it's more simple and not as confusing. overall, i didn't enjoy it at all. please make it to where we can shop on SpencersNation

Verifying my account was a pain… Once I’m on I see that there’s all these options I’m supposed to be able to do but nothing is actually active…. Also upon realizing that there’s such a short window on the expiration date for points… I’d rather just make the trip for myself and hope the local Spencer’s has whatever it is I’m eyeing.

SpencersNation is lying and saying for all the jewelry that I have bought so far from them, were returned the next day. So its saying that I have been buying and returning the same amount the following day.

I have kept all three pieces that I have bought over the past three months.
Please fix this glitch.

When I try to put my phone number in it says this phone numbers already in use when I know for a fact, it’s not so fix the spencers or you’re gonna lose a lot of customers. Also, App Store a lot of people have nicknames that are the same. You’re just gonna have to deal with it.

Idk SpencersNation is so pointless, why have to use the website to buy things instead of SpencersNation ? I’d just use SpencersNation tbh its just easier too abd makes it feel a bit more safe yk and you guys do have to fix the logging in bc ik people have had a hard time with it sometimes.

Can’t browse in SpencersNation , can’t log in online. I downloaded SpencersNation and created an account. Unfortunately instead of having a store front in SpencersNation it automatically opens up a new webpage. What’s the point of having an app? I can’t even use my log in information that I just created because the website keeps saying my email and password info is incorrect. Seems to be a long running problem with customers that remains unfixed. Please fix this for your businesses sake!

SpencersNation won’t let me click on anything won’t let me click the shop online… waste of space

Punches can not be earned or used with online purchases, but expire within days. The text I got on August 4th says it expires in 45 days but the text I got yesterday (August 20th) says I have 10 days. Did 35 days pass in the span of 17 days? I can’t go shopping once a week if not more just to earn a free item.

The shop online and store locator options do absolutely nothing. The cards show how many punches you have but give zero indication on when they’re supposed to expire. How am I supposed to know when it expires if I lose two days per day?

My phone number and password are correct but for some reason SpencersNation won’t let me sign in.

So I saw that Spencer’s finally got a app and I was so excited then started to set up a account, everything was working then it wouldn’t let me make the account because the password I was using wouldn’t work (it met all of the requirements) so I tried a few other ones, none worked. I go on to “the clock app” where I saw that Spencer’s posted about having a app and saw that a lot of others had the same problem. :/

Hi i just bought a shirt and i downloaded SpencersNation to start collecting my ponch for the tees. But dosent let me create an account. Its been weeks i think is an app issue

The shop goes right to the website. Pointless to waste space on your phone with an app that just redirects the shop to your browser. I’m sure they eventually will update as a full functional app. I hope… But definitely just a waste of space.

I don’t mind that things are transferring to SpencersNation What I do mind is that now I have to go within 45 days to redeem my free jewelry (per text message received today) whenever I had the physical punch card for over a year and wasn’t pressured to come back so fast. I like waiting a while because then new plugs (whatever other jewelry/shirts/etc) comes in and I have more of a variety. Now im going to have to come back sooner and probably only have the same options I already bought from today. Please fix :/

I finally don’t have to worry about losing my punchcards, app makes this very easy to track my punches

With SpencersNation you can keep track of rewards which is great. Hopefully we will get an app based store that takes Apple Pay in SpencersNation . I’m noticing a bug where the links in t the drop down menu don’t work when tapped if you go somewhere besides the home tab first.

I love SpencersNation and workers, I’m a loner and they are like my only friends I talk to, they respectful and so nice, my favorite store and love SpencersNation too :)🖤🖤

So happy to finally have a way to digitally track punches and get digital rewards!! I can’t wait to see the continued improvement of SpencersNation ! Love it!!

I used to always lose my punch cards and forget them. SpencersNation is basically the tee shirt and jewelry loyalty punch cards. It doesn’t text or email me constantly like other shopping apps do. I will get random coupons in my rewards tab as well. It’s a great app to have if you like the tee shirts at Spencer’s or wear the jewelry. I see why people are upset about the expiration date but with this you are now able to get points online I think? That wayyy offsets the expiration dates and gives us so many more options when purchasing. Love SpencersNation and the accessibility of it. Just needed to make a truthful review so all these negative Nancy’s can hopefully look at the glass half full and not focus on one negative thing that isn’t even that bad.
