The app is forcing me to except the new privacy policy but anytime you click that you have read and agreed it won’t register locking you on the screen. App does not function within downloading it. I’ve already had to exit the app and restart and I still haven’t been able to get in to look at my account. my points are going to expire now.

While I appreciate Spencer’s trying to make it easier on the consumer by making the punches online, the app is just otherwise totally useless. If you want something from Spencer’s, just go in person or through the website. You won’t find what you’re looking for here.

What is the point of this app? Like seriously… Every time I click shop online, it opens my OctaApp. Then when I got it on my other phone it just went to the website. What is the point in having the app if it just takes u to the internet. What a waste of time. Would have did 0 stars if I could
