I want wanting to change my hair color and I thought this was a cool way to see what a new color looks like on me. Wrong. It’s crap. You can’t choose real hair color and real styles. I’m trying to cancel now and am having trouble doing so.

Email doesn’t work and message center didn’t work. I want a refund for the yearly charge that got sent to my card instantly 39.99. I wanted the short 3 day trial! I would never had paid for anything as HiShot is terrible!
Terrible app for hairstyle. Started free trial. Kept 5 minutes and asked to please cancel. No account information or easy cancel option. Cartoon like and a terrible app. Requested cancelation by email in ‘contact us’. Will see if they actually cancel or charge me. They better not.
Charges you without permission. And does not let you cancel the charge even though I tried within five minutes of download.
HiShot is so terrible I really want my money back. I can’t believe it’s even allowed on the platform. Don’t waste your money.
