How to fix HiShot app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the HiShot app on iPhone
Update HiShot app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall HiShot iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix HiShot on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve HiShot network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

HiShot Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix HiShot not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the HiShot App
1. On android, goto Settings » HiShot » click [Force Stop]

Update HiShot to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear HiShot App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » HiShot » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart HiShot.

Fix HiShot unable to contact server/ HiShot internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click HiShot » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto HiShot » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch HiShot
