I downloaded this app a few weeks ago and it needs some major updates. I have put in my venmo multiple times however it still says put in your venmo on the front page to be connected. It also tells me to link my card which I have done so when I click on it, it’s already done. Customer service is horrible, they aren’t helpful and take forever to respond. They claim the drop is on Thursday however me and all my friends get it on Friday. Lastly there has been twice now where I get the drop notification, click on it, and got nothing. Super frustrating and honestly not worth it.

This used to be a great app, but they seem to have switched business models recently and it is now essentially useless. They used to reward you for going to your favorite places, but now you can only go somewhere once and then you get barred from receiving or trading for claims at those places. Instead you get worthless NFTs or $10 coupons to online clothing stores that charge $50 for t-shirts. In the last month I’ve received one such clothing coupon, a “pet rock”, an April Fools joke, and several countdowns that simply lead to nothing. I guess it’s up to you whether you think those kinds of rewards are worth letting this app scrape all your credit card activity data. It’s also an insanely buggy app. Try proposing two trades in a row and your phone will start to overheat

I used a claim that suppose to refund me $10 on my card but it’s been over a week and have yet to receive my credit. I contacted customer support days ago and have yet to hear back from them(yet they claim to be a small team so idk why it’s taking them forever to respond back). I’m also not a fan of having to link my bank to the app given that they can go through all of my transactions. Plus I can’t use another card if I wanted to(like I had a gift card but couldn’t use it due to me having to use that card). Long story short, they take forever to give you your credit and customer service is non existent. When I finally get my credit I see myself deleting the app.
