went for the first time to your insomnia cookie store in syracuse ny, 8/15/21 at around 3 pm,my wife my son and myself were the only ones in the store at the time and your employee was finishing some type of paper work.We stood there for 5min directly across from her with out a word like hello i will be wright with you ,just got a very non friendly do you know what you want from her with out even looking up,not very good customer service infact with the price of your cookies and being the first time there i should have just walked out and that would have been a lose of sale for the company,A hello and how can i help you would have been the way to have been and possibly have given your company sale at that time double my purchase at the time ..its called up selling...instead i left with a single purchase and wasted a hour drive to get there just because i heard such good things about this place . Customer service is the base of all businesses reguardless of in store presents or online presents.to be treated that way is not the way a business should be run Thank you for the time in reading this email

You know, it’s very sad to see a company that I used to love so much be on the decline.
Every time I order, I order an ice cream and 4+ cookies. I tip the deliverers and it’s a good experience.
Tonight, I ordered my usual and was delivered 3 cookies, when my receipt clearly says 4. How does something like this get overlooked? Maybe because the people in the shop are on their phones, standing around talking, not doing things to produce their best work.
Now the missing cookie is not really the problem, it’s the customer service. I call insomnia cookies to let them know about the mistake and to see what they’re going to do about it.
The lady on the receiving end was EXTREMELY rude. Extremely. She almost made it seem as if it was my fault that THEY made the mistake. Really? Then she said if I wanted my extra cookie, it would take an hour, really?!
Smh. I’m putting my money into your business and you want to tell me a cookie is going to take an hour? I definitely will not be buying from them ever again.
How incredibly rude and ridiculous to make a valued customer feel like that? In a world where a lot of people are unemployed, I’m employing this company and they want to tell me I must wait an hour for THEIR mistake? Smh.

Finals begin tomorrow and I wanted to order my daughter some cookies. I haven’t placed an order since last semester. The app would not allow me to update my payment information. I kept receiving messages indicating can’t delete default payment. The option to add additional payments was not available. I called the local store and the best advice offered was to order online. Ordering online does not offer an Apple Pay or PayPal option. If I wanted to order cookies, I needed to provide all my personal information on the internet. Terrible app if you need to update information. To order cookies I had to create another account.

I love Insomnia Cookies but the app needs to be updated desperately. I can't view my previous orders on the mobile app anymore, they don't load at all and when I signed up for the monthly Cookie Magic subscription I could only use it on the website, it didn't even register on the app that I was a member. Tracking never works correctly -- it usually says baking until I've received my order, then it will change. However the map is completely pointless because it zooms in on a random location not even close to where I am and doesn't ever show where the delivery driver is or even a location close to it. It's odd that they can't figure this technology out when Domino's tracking does exactly what Insomnia's app claims to do. I've also been kicked out of the app and it's frozen on me a few times while trying to place an order. Please update this!
