I just recently purchased the sWalk treadmill and love it. However, SportstechLive is in German. Even though I set the language for English, it still shows everything in German. All of the workouts are in German. I don’t understand what the trainers are saying. Please make an English version of SportstechLive or have a translation button to change the language. Until then, I guess I’ll have to use the “quick start” which defeats the purpose of having an app. Also, when I use the preset programming with the remote control on the treadmill, it does not upload the data to SportstechLive . I’m not sure why. I really wanted to give this review 5 stars.
UPDATE: May 11, 2024
I decided to return the sWalk treadmill after 6 days. The other problem I had with SportstechLive was is that it recorded my walks in kilometers instead of miles, even when I set the measurement to miles. The duration of time was off along with the “pause” feature that was hard to restart without resetting your accumulated time and distance. Therefore, I am deleting SportstechLive.
I haven’t even gotten my walking pad treadmill yet, but based upon SportstechLive , I’m already considering returning it after it arrives!! SportstechLive only has most of the content in German even though English is chosen!! Very dissappointed and frustrated!!
Since the current update I can not use SportstechLive because it continuously crashes when I login. Great update
App crashes a lot and logs you out automatically! Love the machine but SportstechLive need some serious work.
I like SportstechLive a lot, there’s so many different workouts to do and they also work with beginners. However, I wish they had the option to put subtitles on for those who don’t speak German ( and for Germans who don’t speak English.) so we can be able to use SportstechLive more efficiently without trying to guess what to do next. It’s a little different trying to do specific workouts if you don’t understand the language.
Will not allow me set up an account there is a message with 500 null error… I am trying to connect to set up Bluetooth
