I have tried so many different types of exercise (Beach Body, walking every evening, cycling to work, HIIT 3x/week, group exercise classes, lifting at the gym, you name it) and having BrookeBurkeWorkoutsLIVE has been the only thing to keep me consistent. The secret is in her short 5-15 minute videos. On days where I really don’t feel like working out I can muster up enough energy and motivation to do 10 minutes, and after doing that for a few weeks, I actually started wanting to do more (always giving myself the choice to just do 5-10 minutes if that’s really all I want to do). Sure, the results are not coming in as quickly as if I did HIIT 3x/week, but this I will actually sustain. I usually do about five days/week. Pairing BrookeBurkeWorkoutsLIVE alongside getting a Crock Pot and a healthy crock pot cookbook has been an absolute game changer for me. My clothes are fitting so well. I don’t think I have ever been this consistent and it’s because I have finally found what works for me. I wish I was one of those people who could be determined enough to go to the gym, but I’m not. And at the ripe age of 30 I am finally figuring out that that’s okay. I have found what works for me and I am so happy. And looking great too, I might add! Thank you, Brooke! You are amazing!!
