For example FanDuel had over 100 live matches on this morning from basketball to tennis to baseball, and WYNN bet had 1 pathetic live match on. Might be the worst book I’ve ever used. How can you be a competing Sportsbook but not have anything to bet on.

Most frustrating and archaic app of all the books. Customer service lacks knowledge or ability to solve problems directly. The bet slip screen is borderline impossible to read, if you're able to access it that is. Slide rebooting WynnBETCasinoSportsbook every time you want to check your bets is fun too. Promos are garbage and non-existent. FD or MGM.....where it's at, two turntables and a microphone.

Like others have mentioned, my account didn’t transfer over from the disabled Arizona app. I cannot log in, and customer service cannot help. I cannot get my money out. This has been a known issue for over a month and I have no choice but to contact the Arizona Attorney General.

Signed up with a representative from Wynn for their $20 bet and get $100 in free play. I followed all the rules as told to me by their employee and I still never received the promotion reward as promised. With all the other betting apps I wouldn’t trust a company that blatantly swindles their customer base.

They give you a “free” $50 to bet as long as you make a minimum $10 deposit when you sign up. However, they slide it into the Terms and Agreements you must spend $250 of your own money before you’re allowed to withdraw any money you win from the “free” $50 bet. Only Online site with a ridiculous requirement to withdraw.

WynnBETCasinoSportsbook will not recognize my login and have no way of getting my money out.
By far the worst experience I’ve had as a daily sports better.

I’ve never seen any site let alone a sports book that it’s impossible to deposit money from you bank account or your debit card never in my life and my bank is one of the biggest banks in the world

Take your business elsewhere. Only downloaded for the free bonus and it has been awful so far. Have to log in 18 times just to get into WynnBETCasinoSportsbook then it takes closing WynnBETCasinoSportsbook and reloading it another 12 times to even get your current bets to show up. Hardly any selections on player props. Overall just not up to standard. Fanduel runs laps around WynnBETCasinoSportsbook

I’d suggest fixing this bug so people can actually use your app! Won’t be making any money without that working. I’ll set up my bet but the place bet button is unresponsive. It only worked for me on a desktop, not WynnBETCasinoSportsbook .

Placed a 100 bet and WynnBETCasinoSportsbook says on first deposit and bet you’ll receive $100 in bonus bets. I got zero and have yet to get a real response from customer service just get automated message saying verify info. I bet on multiple sites, I’m sticking to Bet MGM/ Caesar’s Sports book

I was excited because I’m in NY and WynnBETCasinoSportsbook is supposed to work there. But, I’ve spent almost an hour trying to get past the know your customer screen.

It just doesn’t work. I keep clicking through, uploaded my ID, and it says everything is verified, but won’t let me click “continue”. Every time I press the continue button, nothing happens. If I exit WynnBETCasinoSportsbook and retry, it brings me right back to the same screen.

Wynn does something like $3B a year in revenue. Is it really that hard to make an app that people can easily create an account for? Going back to fanduel.

Placed a $100 bet and did not get my $100 bonus that I opted in for. The chat people say it takes 24 hrs, so the next day at 24 hrs still no bonus,Then another chat guy says it has to be 24 hrs after the game ended, ok, so I do that and still nothing, Now my third chat guy says oh you didn’t place the right odds on your $100 bet, sorry.I then asked to speak to a manager and he said he would bring this up to a manager to review it but it will take 24-48 hrs…I ain’t holding my breath….Stay away!! Most books give you a 100% match bonus on your 1st deposit. They don’t require you to place $100 bet, place is ridiculous!! I deposited $500 at Draft Kings and got $750 in bonuses!!

Probably a scammers, after they asked me all my documents with my personal sensitive informations like itin,passport,bank statements etc I gave them everything and after the next message was ,sorry we can’t verify your informations try again through WynnBETCasinoSportsbook if you want , and I explained to them from the beginning (that’s why they asked me about all this info - documents) through email, that they app failed the verify and says speak with representative .I will go this further with my lawyer due to sensitive informations that they took for me on purpose without make what they promised plus if was something wrong absolutely they could tell me from THE BEGINNING , I am sorry sir for this particular reasons for example we can’t verify your identity! Before take ALL MY SENSITIVE INFORMATIONS I repeat! They don’t worth, please give your money to someone that worth your money and attention!

WynnBETCasinoSportsbook is slow, glitchy and riddled with bugs. It’s totally unusable compared to the competition.

The deposit match requires a 10x play through which is nearly impossible to accomplish.

Not worth it. Too many other books that have working apps.

Watch out for promos . Read the small print
They will trick you and take your money.
Now my account is locked for no reason.
Download DraftKings or FanDuel they give you way better promos and no isssues withdrawing money. Also customer service

The “My Bets” tab doesn’t show up and often crashes WynnBETCasinoSportsbook . Also a lot of live lines are greyed out and don’t become available between periods/quaters/innings when they should be. Very frustrating.

App is kinda garbage because it will crash at the worst times and stay frozen for at least a day or two

WynnBETCasinoSportsbook is wonky. Had one bet go through twice because of a lousy refresh rate on the “my bets” section. Just doesn’t seem as polished as it should be for an app that should have been developed and tested adequately.

Also read the T&C thoroughly, ALL THE PAGES. I had all my funds disappear due to a sign in bonus ($50), which never quite becomes yours until you play a lot more than $50.

Of all the apps that launched in MA this month this is my least favorite. WynnBETCasinoSportsbook works most wonky out of all 5 I’ve tried, and with all the promos going around right now, WynnBET won’t let you touch your $50 early sign up bonus until you play through $250. Meanwhile everyone else is literally giving away money and bonus bets. I was originally excited to try WynnBETCasinoSportsbook but I’m not impressed.

Use it when I’m in MA, and absolutely love it. Easy to use and lots of options.

Recently traveled to WV for work and saw an ad for Wynn bet casino. We only have sports betting in Massachusetts so I was excited to try online roulette. I was able to use the same app that I have in MA and it allowed play without a problem. Very easy and nice to know I can play different things when I travel and be able to use my winnings on sports when I’m back home

Just got on the new Wynn bets app. So much better than the old one they had. I like the design and the payouts are much faster. Going to use it for my nfl bets and parlays

Old App: I had used the old Wynn app for about a year and WynnBETCasinoSportsbook had an old looking feel to it.

New App: More modern feel. Easier to navigate. It looks like some types of bets have been added as well. The update has been positive to me so far!

Recently downloaded wynn bet and finding it good to use so far. Getting my account was easy and the bonus was a nice addition. Been betting on baseball and the same game parlay feature is really solid. Would love to see more boosts available. Fingers crossed they are there for the football.

I just learned how to sports bet at encore earlier this month. WynnBETCasinoSportsbook looks just like the machines they have a the casino. Pretty easy to use. I like betting on basketball, especially the celtics.

Thank you for finally being able to make it easier to bet and not have to go all the way to the casino to make a bet. Do think the bet limits should be raised over $10K but nonetheless just thankful it is here.
