Love BPNTraining but I would love to see a build program that focus on strength gains more than running. It would also be a good way to promote the Endo pump and strong foods products.

I LOVE BPN. Products are great and I’m
so thrilled to have a free training app. The only bugs that I would wish to see fixed are the estimated workout times. Lifting I’m pretty spot on but I’m a novice and slow runner so any of the track (or running) workouts that are based on distance and not time are way off. I put in my metrics once it was downloaded and the times are way off. It took me closer to 1h25m to complete week 4 track workout, not the 45m BPNTraining estimated. I try to plan my workouts in advanced based on my other obligations throughout the week and having to guess myself on if and when a workout can be squeezed in is a bummer. Other than that, another great product out of BPN. GO ONE MORE!

BPNTraining is a little cumbersome, but the training program is really solid for being free. The customer service was not good.
You need to finish workouts to unlock what the future workouts look like. That’s kind of cumbersome for people with tight schedules, but it’s one day a week.
I had screwed up entering a week and BPNTraining got screwed up and stopped unlocking workouts. I contacted customer support. I showed my coworkers the response. They viewed the response between condescending, insulting, or “plain bad customer support”. I really like this brand, so I will probably just delete that app. They are great in the supplement sector, I guess not great in BPNTraining support world. And that’s okay.

I have/use many different workout apps. So far this one rates right up there as one of the best. One thing I would REALLY LOVE TO SEE is it to integrate with the Apple Watch like it does with the Garmin! Everything I have is apple or connects with it and allows me to track through it. BPNTraining is a solid 4 star for me, add the Apple connection and its a 5+ star FOR sure!! Love the sups from you guys and the shirts!! I love the mindset that Nick brings and puts out there!!! Nick and his brand are awesome!!! Keep it up!!

It’s a really great app with programs that have proven results over many clients and testers. However I’d like to see how we can sync the workouts to an Apple Watch the same way they sync workouts with a garmin watch. other than that it’s a simple app that helps you track your workouts and gives you free programs!

BPNTraining makes it super easy to keep track of your workout especially with the new update. I like that you can track how you felt during a workout and how you fueled for it. However my favorite part about BPNTraining is it’s compatibility with my Harmon watch.

BPNTraining is insanely well developed.
The running programs are very good.., and though the hybrid athlete program is push pull legs, with some running programmed in throughout, I really enjoy it.
BPNTraining is better than it needs to be.., keep up the great work, and updates

I LOVE BPNTraining and the training programs. I took away one star because the training calendar gets off track when you forget to log a workout. I tend to forget to log the run days because my HRM can function without my phone so I leave it in the locker.

The programs are great. Syncs with Garmin well. Some weeks though, even after finishing all the workouts up until that point, I cannot access the workouts to sync them to Garmin. Once a program is started, just allow full access to all the workouts so we can upload to Garmin as we see fit and avoid these problems.

I’ve never been one to rate or even comment on apps because I’ve never found found a workout app that’s as next level as this
Just got to week 2 of the hybrid training program and I’m obsessed!!!

BPNTraining tracks time, weight, there’s a note section, it has everything you need for a good workout. There’s a picture and description of each exercise which helps a lot. Amazing app!
By BrittB!18
1. It’s FREE
2. It connects Garmin and sends workouts from app
3. World knowledgeable people and trainers offer a programmer
I have run multiple halves and this year using BPNTraining and by week 3 seeing results already!

Great app for those looking for cardio/strength or someone training for their first 5K, half or full marathon. Best part all the training programs are free and will sync with your Garmin watch. Hopefully they come out with a way for the programs to sync with the Apple Watch.
By randomrickname
Just started my first program. 99% of my workouts are strength based and not any thought to cardio (the occasional stair stepper workout, or sauna). Looking to hit the hybrid workout plan hard. God bless!

Love the set up and ease of BPNTraining format. Easy programs to follow with instructions and actually variable exercises that help you in your training! Definitely have felt a huge increase in strength and endurance!
By Fabix777
This is a great tool for any athlete at any level. It’s easy to use! It’s straight to the point! And you can sync the training to your Garmin (for the running portion).
By RPB48
BPNTraining is so in depth and has so many features that I can’t believe it’s free! I may have to buy some supps to support the brand!
By Analbeads808
Keeps you accountable and the best part about it? It’s absolutely free. Big kudos to Nick and the team. Will definitely be buying more BPN products to support this GREAT application!

Best Training program out there. Former college athlete looking for a challenge and this has been the best one. Nick Bare is the man, go get the beat Supps too

Best programs on the market, make sure you try these out!

This is really an amazing app, cannot normally find an app this great for free.

BPNTraining option came to me in the mail with my first order of electrolytes (first order with BPN) I downloaded BPNTraining ASAP! I have been loving it. I love that it keeps you accountable to get your scheduled workout done before you can move on to the next and that what I’ve needed to stay on schedule! Thank you Nick Bare and your team for creating this free AWESOME feature!
Cheers,

Father to 2 young boys, work 50 hours a week and coach all my boys sports teams. Gym program can be done in under an hour and seeing great results thus far. Was hard to get motivated with other programs feeling I had to spend 1.5-2 hours in the gym.
Running portion is perfect also.

ONLY 2 workouts in but committed and feel blessed so far.

This is an amazing FREE app for anyone wanting to get started in the right direction to becoming a hybrid athlete. There are in detail workouts for multiple training programs. As well as supplement usage guides. I also admire how BPN supplements are marketed through BPNTraining . This is a great marketing strategy.
By Jestle
BPNTraining has everything you’ll need for training! Only thing is I wish it was able to sync to Apple Watch! But if you have a Garmin the running program is great!
By TheHomieFelix
Takes the work of putting together a program out of the equation (for hybrid athlete program). You just open BPNTraining and follow the plan already put together. 10/10
By MattTheMan97
I have tried a lot of other workout apps and they are all stuck behind a paywall. BPN’s workouts are both versatile and high quality! On top of that if you are a beginner and are not sure what supplements to take or how to take them BPNTraining will help. It will give you everything you need to be successful with your fitness journey, you just need your own drive. GO ONE MORE!

So far I’ve been using BPNTraining for over a week and it’s going well. The exercises are fun and challenging. The only thing I would like is to have a section to write down notes on every exercise rather than wait till the end of the workout to write down notes. I don’t have cable machines so I use bands and I would like to write down what bands. Or I would like to write down what exercise I substituted to accommodate the said movement. It would also be nice to see what weight you lifted on repeat exercises instead of going all the way back to the past week to check the weight. Just nitpicking is all. Good app though! I recommend 👍🏽

Having a structured plan has helped me feel like I have a clear vision of what I’m working towards. Nick is a real inspiration, being able to follow his direction and intentionality has been extremely motivating in the midst of extreme physical challenge.

For a fitness app that doesn’t cost any money, it is very in depth and has some great features. Love that it can connect with my Garmin watch. The only thing that would be nice to see in the future is a program tailored more to strength and / or bodybuilding. The Hybrid Athlete 1.0 program only has 3 weight training sessions per week, which is on the low-end in my opinion. Otherwise, zero complaints here. Love the BPN brand

I’m a big BPN fan in general, but being able to have access to free workouts and training programs is great! They offer programs for different levels of athletes. I am currently using BPNTraining to train for my first marathon, and everything is laid out for you so it’s extremely easy to follow!
By rjprelude
BPNTraining helped me train better than any previous marathon. Each week I put in the work BPNTraining told me to do while listening to Nick Bare’s podcast for extra motivation. Highly recommend BPNTraining, the endurance supplement, and the impact that BPN is making in so many athlete’s lives.

I have been doing the hybrid athlete program for 6 weeks now. Great easy to understand and follow workouts! I have been able to do a lot from my small garage gym and some I expect to go to local gym for. Overall wonderful experience!
By geigs12
Overall great App with free workout and training plans. Especially if you have been training and working out for a while consistently.
If you are entirely new or getting back into it, the plans leave much to be desired. The 5K Beginner Training plan essentially asks you to run a 5K on Day 1 and then 2 more times just in the first week. That is a very steep entry for someone that is new to running or hasn’t ran in a while and is currently averaging 0-5 miles a week.

Workout Plans to fit your goals as a runner, functional lifter, or a combination as a hybrid athlete. I love the organization, versatility, and mixing of the workouts. I feel like I’m training hard and not just staying in shape. I’ve always ended up a little sore from every work out. I get a small shock from each workout, I HIGHLY recommend it.

BPN has been awesome! I was in that awkward stage where it doesn’t really feel like any progress is being made, but after I switched training plans to the BPN hybrid athlete, my performance was skyrocketing!
Unfortunately though, I don’t like how you can connect a Garmin watch and it doesn’t do anything but tell you health metrics in BPNTraining . I want a BPN x Garmin collaboration project where you can sync the workouts from the BPN app to your Garmin device. That would make it the perfect app!

I’ve been using BPN supplements for a while now, and when BPNTraining came up I had to try it. I started the training plan to finish a 5K; I have been running at a sub 12:00 minute per mile pace after taking a break from running. BPNTraining helped me reach an 8:58 minute per mile personal best during training, and finished the 5K race running at an average of 9:55 minutes per mile pace. To all the team behind BPN Supplements and the BPN training app, THANK YOU!

The Marathon Training Plan for beginner runners is overwhelmingly aggressive. I don't think an 8-mile long run is viable for bodies that have only just gotten into running. I would suggest extending the 16-week program or reducing the mileage, especially early on in the first few weeks of the program. What do I know? I'm not a professional running coach, just a guy with shin splints :)
