The app is a little cumbersome, but the training program is really solid for being free. The customer service was not good.
You need to finish workouts to unlock what the future workouts look like. That’s kind of cumbersome for people with tight schedules, but it’s one day a week.
I had screwed up entering a week and the app got screwed up and stopped unlocking workouts. I contacted customer support. I showed my coworkers the response. They viewed the response between condescending, insulting, or “plain bad customer support”. I really like this brand, so I will probably just delete that app. They are great in the supplement sector, I guess not great in the app support world. And that’s okay.
