It’s not the best rewards app I’ve seen, but it works. I didn’t have my phone number on the account so they couldn’t pull up my account. I updated it and instantly they could find my account. Even the points after purchase were displayed instantly. I like it, hopefully they continue to work on it.

To sign up you HAVE to pick your “favorite” location. My favorite location wasn’t listed, so I deleted KFRewards . I’ve included a 5 star rating to trick the algorithm into actually showing my review, but trust me, it’s far from a 5.

I have checked in everytime I purchase kolaches almost everyday. I never get the points I am supposed to. It was working better when it was with Thanx app.

I’m super disappointed this is the second time I’ve ordered the catering tray for $75 and they don’t have everything that you order pick up over an hour after ordered and it’s cold and not accurate!!!!

If you’re going to have an app, you probably should have a process that is not reminiscent of the 1990’s! Worst experience ever. Ordered through app then when it told me that “asap” really meant 65 minutes (?) I tried to cancel. It wouldn’t cancel. The store also didn’t have the “featured” Kolache which I would have gotten for free (?). I had to call to cancel and was told that I had to call the corp office when they opened to do that. I’m done. Deleting KFRewards and finding a new place for kolaches!

Kolache Factory’s ordering system puts mobile orders last I went in to pick up my order which I selected ASAP and it said 63 minute wait but no one was inside. They insist they wait the 63 minutes to hand you your order even though they make it right away. I thought I was doing a mobile order to skip the line but no I was doing a mobile order to wait for a timer to countdown.

A simple request to reset a password by using “Forgot Password” option gives a OOPS
An unknown error occurred error message.
How helpful is this for the user? It renders useless…
If KFRewards is not finished yet why release it in the first place?
If you’re going to deliver an app that will give a bad experience to a customer, you should review your goals prior thinking about even making your own custom app.

I was told I had to download KFRewards in order to get rewards points. However, KFRewards threw an error repeatedly and wouldn’t allow me to sign up. I created an account through their website and then went to sign in with an existing account. Same error. KFRewards is completely useless.

i couldn’t even get past the set-up page.

i kept receiving errors messages on the most simplest of drop down menus, and everything just felt so cumbersome.

instead of trying to collect so much personal data, just implement ‘sign-in with apple’—and a more appealing UI—and call it a day.

KFRewards works ok, but it’s missing some features.

-There should be an ability to upload a receipt to get points.
- KFRewards should support Apple Pay as I’d prefer not to enter or store my credit card in any more places than I have to.
-an option to pay at the restaurant should be available.
-There is a “checkin” feature that give you a 60 minute code, but I have no idea what “checking in” gets me. There is no description or documentation on this feature.

KFRewards it doesn’t work

Doesn’t allow you to cancel orders if placed wrong.

Cannot believe they have not fixed this yet. Obvious that software tech is contracted out to China. 🙄

Not good at all! Ordered and put me 1 hr away to pickup!

Needs an option to pay cash and upload the receipt. I don’t like being forced to use a credit card. I also tried using the “cancel order” option right after submitting when I realized I ordered from the incorrect location. After I hit the button, the “cancel order” option disappeared, but it didn’t actually cancel the order. I got a call an hour later from the first location that my order was still waiting pickup, after of already reordered from the correct location. Turns out I was still charged, and the cancel order option on KFRewards didn’t work, despite appearing as though it did.

I just got my order delivered from Cinco ranch location. It’s Missing 3 items and they asked me to go pick them up and get one extra for free!!
Why did I pay delivery fee if I will end up going to the store?!?!
After a very stupid long argument they decided to pay a refund and I ended up paying delivery fee for an incomplete order and having a very bad start of the day!

App is ok but service is lacking. I ask for separate bagging to avoid people eating the kolaches someone else wanted, & they put them all in one box. I asked for the kolaches to be warmed up, and they’re almost ice cold. The whole point of KFRewards is to avoid ambiguity. They don’t read or don’t care. I paid $50 for four drinks and thirteen kolaches. For the cost, they shouldn’t have missed instructions. We’re done. We’ll be saving lots of money and losing some weight by avoiding this place!

Check you order before you leave if you order to go or on KFRewards . I had 3 missing on my order and tried calling the store with no answer.

Lots of error messages when trying to checkout. Ultimately wasn’t even able to order online and had to go into the store.

So happy we have this place near both our home and work! Best when fresh and hot. The staff is very nice and helpful. Best quick breakfast with an option for each family member.

The food was amazing and don’t forget the service. As soon as I got there the kolaches were ready and nice and warm. Honestly top 5 breakfasts I’ve had. Some flavors to recommend are the ham & cheese, the pizza, and the sausage egg and cheese.

There is no point in doing this because the people will not prepare your order until you arrive. So by the time you get to the store at the time they said (typically 30+ minutes) they don’t have the items ready and ask you to wait an additional 20 minutes for your order.

What’s the point of ordering on KFRewards /online if I still have to submit a request to add my points manually?

I feel like that should have been on the first page of the requirements document.

I’ve discovered this closer location and am thrilled! Nice, big eating space and quick service!
